    I thought the high level ammy like Major Juniors or Div 1 have very comprehensive training, and nutrition for the players. As it is not a pay to play league, these teams are invested in the players. College football definitely does. They have state of the art fitness facilities, and cafeterias. They have trainers and dietecians that work with the players. Lower level pay to play probably dont and players need to invest in their own training and nutrition.

    Sorry Braeden but it's player specific. The périodisation is not done according to a set of rules for everyone, there's 20 ways to skin a cat. That's why there is a way to train to be ready for any level of Hockey.
