@@uygardoganworldwide - I do my leg raises toe to bar. Straight legs. And I lower my legs down slowly. To a point where I stop still and there is no momentum. This when another rep starts. So maybe you can explain again why you swing your legs. Maybe I missed some deeper training point here
@@jeremiaha5167 my legs are very tall compared to my torso, it's almost impossible for me to keep my legs straight. Idk if that's an excuse but i don't think my abs are weak enough to not be able to handle that
@@uygardoganworldwide - Straight legs can be a problem due to flexibility. Most people don't have the hamstring and lower back flexible enough. So I shouldn't say that. It was a flex. But swinging at the bottom while doing raises is like swinging when doing a bicep curl. All good, my bro. I'm just being a purist. Haha Keep up your good work. I wish you well.

As i said it's toe to bar leg raise, not leg raise. And try it yourseld it is better than regular leg raise 👍
