My heart goes out to everyone experiencing this. I just experienced my second panic attack but this time it was not at home but in public. I was in a restaurant and i instantly felt funny. My heart was pounding really fast and hard, my hands got sweaty, i started to get the chills, i felt dizzy, i felt like i was dreaming and i seriously felt like i was going to pass out and die. I thought i was having a heart attack. It got to the point where i started to grab cold water from my cup and started splashing it on my face, fanning myself with the menu and i couldn't keep still. I didn't want to make a scene. My legs felt shakey and weak when i stood up and when i finally got into the vehicle, the sun helped me feel a little back to earth. I felt so weak in the car ride home, like i could fall asleep if i just closed my eyes. It was so hard to think or act normal in the restaurant. I just kept taking deep breaths. Praying to god. Scariest experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!! The first time i experienced a panic attack was when i was cooking meat which i hate but it was for my partner. I instantly felt dizzy, light headed and i couldn't stand anymore, i ended up ditching the food and have someone take over. I kept taking deep breaths and just laid down. Worst experiences of my damn life!!!! I was having a good day too today and this happened. Ugh... anyone experiencing this BREATHE, DEEPLY AND SLOWLY! YOU WILL NOT DIE, YOU WILL NOT PASS OUT AS LONG AS YOU ARE TAKING DEEP BREATHS!!!! SUPPOSEDLY IT ONLY LASTS UP TO 15 MINUTES. BREATHE IT OUT!!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT DIE, JUST BREATHE!!!!!! 🤍
I just got a panic attack in the morning, that lasted for hours and Hours. I felt as if am not breathing and was suffocating I 😥 I thought I was going to faint or, my mouth become dry and I was so scared that I forgot the breathing techniques

Due to panic attacks i got admitted in ICU,as my heart rate got high around 135 per minute . All ECG echo ct scan were done ,and all reports were normal I felt i am dying and suffocating. Suffered it for almost 3 years. But now I feel i have overcome it after i got the sense that it will not kill me it is normal. Train your brain for it that this will last for seconds, and will not make u die. Distract ur mind immediately, engage urself in something I know it's hard ,i know the pain but this is the way we can kill it before it gives us the feeling of that we are dead.
Bro i was about to have one right now felt heart beat was very very high felt so restless didn't know what started panicking and then went out of my room feeling little ok not panicking heart seems to resting after reading this
I had one in the grocery store today and this episode was different from the others. I grabbed some gum and chewed it, I usually wear my watch to help me breath but it was home charging. I went into the bathroom to calm down but it did it enough to get the food and leave. I got home and instantly stopped because I was home. It’s something about being home and calm because others can’t see it.
I feel nauseous and stressed out. The area around my sternum feels uncomfortable and it feels like something is stuck in my throat I don’t know what it is or how to explain this feeling

Always had a level of anxiety, I’m now in my 30’s and it seems to be getting worse but I just do my best to control my breathing and try to relax. We can overcome this guys, just do your best to bring awareness to your triggers or even body. Good luck
I’ve been getting them like 4 times a day, I’m talking like grab the car keys and drive to ER panic attacks, they started on Halloween night, I was in the middle of working and all of a sudden something clicked in my brain and I started hyperventilating and brain confusion. And I haven’t been right since, I constantly think I’m going to die.

I think I experienced my first panic attack last night- I don’t really know what happened but I had and smoked and was playing games with the boys when I felt this light headed feeling come over me and I stood up and went to the couch telling them something feels wrong and then I started uncontrollably shaking and struggling to talk. I thought I was dying or having a medical emergency. After the uncontrollable shaking had relaxed a bit, I was able to begin calming down and regain control of my body. However whenever I would laugh or develop a mood other than calm and relaxed, I was feel my legs begin shaking again and would have to keep reassuring myself to get it to stop

I have had panic attacks for years on and off. My question is, does anyone else have the sense of smelling something strange during them? I didn’t see that on the list but it’s happening in my case. God bless to everyone having these attacks. They are brutal. ❤️🌴🐈🐈🐈🐈🌴🏴☠️
@FloridaManConstruction Yes, experiencing unusual smells during panic attacks can happen! While not as common as other symptoms, panic attacks can trigger heightened sensory responses, including changes in smell. It might be linked to how anxiety affects the brain’s sensory processing. You’re not alone, and I hope you find comfort in knowing others have unique experiences too. Wishing you peace and strength! ❤️🙏🌴

@Piyara01 Hot or cold flashes are sudden, temporary changes in body temperature often accompanied by sweating or chills. Hot flashes typically cause a sudden feeling of intense heat, often starting in the chest or face, followed by sweating and sometimes redness. Cold flashes are the opposite, causing a sudden feeling of intense cold, often accompanied by shivering. These flashes are commonly associated with hormonal changes, like during menopause, but can also be linked to stress, fever, or certain medical conditions. If they’re frequent or bothersome, it’s a good idea to talk to a doctor for further evaluation.
My first public panic attack happend in may 2020, i was in the grocery store with my mom and we both had a shopping cart with us, and than a lady randomly said to me to keep distance while i was minding my own business and did not pay attention and around 3 minutes later me and my mom saw her in a different aisle and the woman starts spitting at my mom and they both started fighting with the shopping cards against each other. When it was done i started to cry because i was really scared and yeah we left the store after that

Once a police helicopter was flying above a bus I was in, and even though there was nothing wrong with me I wanted to get off the bus on a busy highway, with no bus stops on sight, and run. It took all my self control to not do that, I was sweaty and breathless, the people around me were looking at me like I was high on something. Does panic attack requires therapy? Just some days ago I had a small panic attack. I was confused of what was happening with me! Then I got to know from these vdos. It would be grateful if you answer my question ❤️
Anxiety and panic attacks seem the same to me, ive been fighting this for ten years now and benzodiazepines work very well but docs are afraid to give these out do to dependent people and I totally understand this, or like me I take a medication that my doc says they will interact in a bad way. So it’s either stopping the one medication to be able to take the benzodiazepines. These attacks are causing my quality of life to be terrible. I would think these big labs that have chemists that can find a drug for panic and anxiety that is not addictive. Or that can cure us. But that wouldn’t pad their bottom line. My life is literally gone, I do nothing, I see no one, all I do is eat & drink fluids to stay alive. But the biggest thing is I have hope and everyone out there need to know that is the best drug you can use is hope. It’s very strong. So fight on because this to shall pass.

@altafkhan2253 I'm really sorry you're going through this. It sounds like you’ve been dealing with some intense physical and emotional symptoms. When your body suddenly feels cold and like you're "dying," it could be a physical reaction to anxiety or panic attacks, which can manifest with symptoms like chills, shortness of breath, or feelings of dread. Over time, chronic anxiety can lead to depression, especially if these feelings are frequent or overwhelming. It's important to reach out to a healthcare professional, such as a therapist or doctor, who can help identify what's going on and offer the support or treatment you may need. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other forms of therapy can help manage anxiety and depression. Sometimes medications or lifestyle changes, like mindfulness practices or stress-relief techniques, can also be very helpful in reducing these symptoms. Please take care of yourself, and don't hesitate to seek professional help. You don’t have to go through this alone.

when I cry because of extreme pain or sadness, I feel like numbness all over my body, I can not move my whole body and it is shaking and I suddenly turned pale and I have difficulty in my breathing ... Is it normal or Is there a disease called about it? Anyoneee help me pleaseee!!
I think i may have had one. Mine just happened randomly when i woke up. And I wasn't even panicking about nothing I felt hot my heart was beating kinda fast and felt tingling in my hands. The tingling was the scariest part cuz i usually never get tingling in my fingers. At first I thought maybe it was a hot flash but then i was idk if maybe it was a panic attack I didn't get chest pain or sweating or all the other symptoms. And yes I was still able to breathe. So idk but it was still scary. I tried to calm myself down I went to urgent care today and the doctor did an EKG to check my heart and he said it was good. Then he did bloodwork to check everything else he told me he will call me with the results I recently had my physical done and they did the same thing EkG and bloodwork and my doctor said everything was good. Both was good But I'm still nervous for the urgent care results but hopefully everything is good I don't have any medical issues and have never had any panic attacks in the past so this was completely random for me Do panic attacks just happen randomly? I hope i never get it again
@ibstayfly It sounds like you went through a very scary experience, but it’s great that you sought medical help and got the tests done to make sure everything is okay. Panic attacks can indeed happen randomly, even if you’ve never had one before. They’re often triggered by stress, but sometimes they can happen without an obvious cause. It's also possible that the sensations you experienced were related to anxiety or another temporary factor. Since your EKG and bloodwork came back normal, it’s a good sign that your heart and overall health are fine. Hopefully, the urgent care results will confirm the same. It’s completely understandable to feel nervous after something like that, but remember that you’re taking all the right steps to care for yourself. Stay positive and try not to worry too much - everything might just be fine! 😊

Does anyone get freezing cold and struggle to get warm? It starts at my feet and moves up my body. My vision gets blurry and I feel disassociated. My chest gets tight and one time I couldn't move at all.
@A_l84 What you're describing could be related to a few different conditions, such as circulation issues, anxiety or panic attacks, or even something neurological. The cold sensation, tight chest, blurry vision, and feeling disassociated are symptoms that should be taken seriously. It's important to consult a healthcare provider to rule out conditions like Raynaud's syndrome, panic disorders, or other underlying health concerns. They can help diagnose the issue and suggest the right treatment to prevent these episodes from happening again.

@TheDetoxCureGuide That's an insightful observation! Antioxidants do play a crucial role in reducing oxidative stress, which can impact how our bodies handle everyday stress. Restoring antioxidant levels through diet or supplements could indeed help improve resilience. I usually get them twice a day, around the time I wake up and sometime around the day. I usually start to feel really nauseous, I feel like I can’t breathe properly and I start shaking. If there’s people around me (usually my family) I beg them to be quiet because sound makes me feel worse. I start to pace around and my nausea causes me to think I’ll throw up, and since I have a fear of throwing up, it overall gives me a higher sense of panic. I don’t know how to describe the next thing but I feel like I’m breathing in too much air so I have to grab the nearest piece of cloth *or just use my clothes* to cover my mouth and slow my breathing. It’s just such a horrible feeling and I’m curious to know if anyone has any symptoms like mine.

@Gausvajua It sounds like you might be experiencing sudden jolts or sensations that can be quite unsettling. These can sometimes be linked to anxiety or stress. It’s important to address these feelings when they arise. Techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, or grounding exercises may help you manage these symptoms. If they persist or cause significant distress, consider discussing them with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and support. You're not alone in this-many people experience similar sensations, and seeking remedies can really help! 😊💖

For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. What is important is to be as still as possible. I think i had my panic attack for the first time in my life last night. But im not sure if it was panic attack. I was scrolling tiktok at 1am before bed and I feel uneasy at first i feel scared but theres no phsyical symptoms yet and in 2 minutes of sitting down trying to calm myself, drinking a lot of water, im starting to feel loss, i feel chills doing up from my leg to my head, i feel numb, i feel so weak. Im staring to feel super scared of dying. Im postive that i was about to die in just a few minutes more. There is excessive fear of dying. Im trying to calm down but i can't. I drank a lot of water bcs i feel like don't have enough oxygen in my body, my muscle start to pump everywhere around my body and after 3 minutes of PA im starting to feel so cold super super cold like it was 0 degree celsius meanwhile everyone around me doesn't feel cold at all. I feel like moving around makes me feel a bit better but at the same time i feel week, i feel like i want to run outside the neighbourhood at 12am and i did think that i was about to go crazy. my whole body starts to shake, i was trying to sleep but i can't but i know im super sleepy bcs i yawn a lot but i just can't sleep. I tried to close my eyes and i think after 20 minutes of the panic attack i finally sleeping and when i woke up my head feels super heavy and dizzy. Can anyone confirm if this is panic attack? Most people experience hot but i feel cold like super cold.
Taking an ice cube and rubbing it on your eye lids have helped me in the past, or even a cold wash cloth, along with other methods together helps me get past anxiety attacks. I also use benidryl, it calms you down a bit.

@FloridaManConstruction Yes, experiencing unusual smells during panic attacks can happen! While not as common as other symptoms, panic attacks can trigger heightened sensory responses, including changes in smell. It might be linked to how anxiety affects the brain’s sensory processing. What is hot or cold flashes?

Haven’t had one in decades but tried thc gummies and the panic attacks seem to have started again. Ugh
It's essential to monitor how your body responds to new substances. Consider consulting a healthcare professional to discuss your experience with THC gummies and any associated panic attacks.

@dreammsongs8338 I'm really sorry you're going through this-panic attacks and PDA can be incredibly overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with fears about your health and surgery. My body suddenly gets cold and feels like I'm dying this develop the anxiety and lead to depression for past 6 months
I know they said children and older adults are generally not affected but as someone who has started to developing panic attacks whe she was 33 (I’m 34 now) I can say that’s not always the case
@love_mandyxo Absolutely, you’re so right-panic attacks can affect anyone, regardless of age, and they’re no less intense because of it. Experiencing them for the first time as an adult can be especially unsettling, but remember you’re not alone, and there are effective ways to manage and reduce them. It’s great that you’re aware of it, and with the right strategies or support, they can become more manageable over time.

Mystery girl hi🙋
I'm only 12 but I had this.... Any tips??
I think i may have had one. Mine just happened randomly when i woke up. And I wasn't even panicking about nothing
I felt hot my heart was beating kinda fast and felt tingling in my hands. The tingling was the scariest part cuz i usually never get tingling in my fingers. At first I thought maybe it was a hot flash but then i was idk if maybe it was a panic attack
I didn't get chest pain or sweating or all the other symptoms. And yes I was still able to breathe. So idk but it was still scary. I tried to calm myself down
I went to urgent care today and the doctor did an EKG to check my heart and he said it was good. Then he did bloodwork to check everything else he told me he will call me with the results
I recently had my physical done and they did the same thing EkG and bloodwork and my doctor said everything was good. Both was good
But I'm still nervous for the urgent care results but hopefully everything is good
I don't have any medical issues and have never had any panic attacks in the past so this was completely random for me
Do panic attacks just happen randomly?
@@MedicalCentric yes it definitely was scary I hope it was just a one time experience and never happens again. And yes thank you I always take care of myself and my health. I take my health very seriously
@@MedicalCentric ok are they life threatening. I just wanna know more about it cuz it was my first experience ever. I just wanna be OK moving forward
I thought i will be okay but its been a year alreadyyyy. 🥺
Please stay strong. It gets better.
When anti-oxidant levels are low your ability to deal with stress is reduced. Once you restore levels your ability to deal with stress will return. I did a video on the research on this.
@TheDetoxCureGuide That's an insightful observation! Antioxidants do play a crucial role in reducing oxidative stress, which can impact how our bodies handle everyday stress. Restoring antioxidant levels through diet or supplements could indeed help improve resilience. It sounds like your video is packed with valuable information-hope it reaches many who need this knowledge!
😢😢😢😢 this is what im dealing it now
Sorry to hear that, I hope you feel calmer now
I’m having one right now Kappa
this problem mke my life as hell feeling like zinda lass no happeness no feeling only panic situation occuring in my mind
Please stay strong. It gets better.
I have panic attacks and I don't like them they are awful I am a 67 year woman with panic attacks
I also have them sometimes but im only 13
I usually get them twice a day, around the time I wake up and sometime around the day.
Shidi Singh thank you for letting me know someone else is going through the same 😭😭 i hope it gets better for you, these symptoms are horrible
Even I have this problem😥😥😥

I always have panic attacks at night
@tray6885 I'm really sorry you're experiencing nighttime panic attacks. They can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to rest. Practicing calming techniques before bed, such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or gentle stretches, might help ease anxiety. Reducing screen time and creating a relaxing nighttime routine can also be helpful. If the panic attacks persist, consider reaching out to a healthcare professional or therapist to explore strategies that can address the underlying causes. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are effective ways to manage it. Stay strong!

My panic attacks have been getting more frequent in the past year. I just woke up from one. I wanna say this is the first time I’ve had one in my sleep, but it’s not true. But this time it feels different. Idk what’s going on but I’m starting to get scared. 🙁
Edit: I got the hiccups after it happened
I dont know whether u guys also have the symptom or not ,but sometimes i feel like jasa ki muja jatka aha rha hai and i cant even explain it in english but that really change my mood and that is so scary so if anyone feel this same symptom then please comment what is the best remedy for that because i never feel this while during the gym

I had panic attack for three days...
@@vodnalamadhukarrao8008 Do not delay taking action. There is a solution to every problem if there is a desire and determination. . Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach a stage of equanimity. Do twice daily or as per your convenience. This could be life-transforming if you desire change. Take charge of your life. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
