De Tranquillitate Animi (On the Tranquility of the Mind) is a Latin work by the Stoic philosopher Seneca (4 BC-65 AD). The dialogue concerns the state of mind of Seneca's friend Annaeus Serenus, and how to cure Serenus of anxiety, worry and disgust with life.

as a German Biologist and Pythagorean ... in essence it is about - Mastery. When I know what I always can do, perform in which circumstances - and when NOT. When I have to surrender to a challenge. Even facing Death. Knowing - I did as much as I could do in my life so far. Then I have this constant unshakable Peace of Mind. The Stoics in Essence are about achieving every day the level of mastery - that I have the capacity to do. This ARETE sense of Life is totally lost today. We overstimulate with Adventures and drugs - to get the highest kick - not seeing - what a waste that is. Not even doing any business with any such Life wasters. That is wisdom and Mastery to me. The rarest person to meet - as they do their daily work. Yesterday - I met such a Lady - 96 years old and mentally top alert and fit. A pleasure !

Seneca, although he did not live by his thoughts or words; having said that, it would be incontrovertible to argue the truth and genius in what he wrote. Beautiful pros. And highly understood.

Aristotle created a mathematical process called syllogistic reasoning, this process cleans through everything. We are complete in every fashion now, exactly like the letter A, or number 1, both are integers, complete total, and whole. As are we as the individuation of our whole universe, nothing is missing, this is where syllogistic reasoning works breaking through all our bullshit until we perceive this identity in our essence or Christ, spirit which is our essence. Our minds are created in mathematical logarithm, syllogism's cut through as mathematical poetry.
Hello I hv been following your audios especially those on Seneca I I think you are doing a great job. My question is how do we know Seneca actually said these words. I mean are there documents with original Seneca’s hand writing?
most if not many were transcribed by christian monks after the fall of the roman empire. this is true for most extant works today. without the monk scribes re-writing these scrolls multiple times they would have been lost. so i would say very few BCE works would ever be found hand written by their authors after so many years.
