Very Impressive Mark; As a Master and Journeyman in the construction trade licensed in the State of Alaska as an Mechanical Administrator I commend you, for I too as a journeyman know how to put projects together without the assistance of others; it is always a pleasure for me to see and know journeymen as yourself; especially a relative! Jerry.
Just please be careful working on the roof by yourself 🙏. Yes it would be nice to at least to get the sheathing on roof before snow ❄️. Have a great Thanksgiving if we don't see you before then.
@@Ambition-AK Think of how many times you go up and down a ladder to get something and working above the floor you can give a measurement to someone to cut a board and hand it up. I’ve built a few places where I did most of the work. One is about six miles from a road. It’s about 800 sqft.
Looking good! I am always suprised how versatile ratchet sraps can be.

Thanks, will do.
I find it takes 3 times as long to build something with one person versus 2.

Looks like those overhangs are already sagging. Not much for support there.
Thanks, I went & checked with my level, it’s flat. And it just overhanging 18” from the face exterior wall, so it’ll be good. 👍
