I noticed at the end that John had pain flexing his bicep and lifting his arm at the same time. It’s more likely a supraspinatis partial tear, rather than the actual shoulder joint. If he can find a local massage therapist who can dig real deep Into his shoulder, it will hurt like hell, but after a day or two, his shoulder will feel much better and more stable.

Is it simply the lifetime of forging and conditioning the tendons and ligaments that allows him, with the table experience and iq, to still be this dominant at this point? It truly is amazing. Massive respect, and I think I speak for a lot of us when I say, I will be rooting for John to win the top 8 this year.

At his age im sure he's on some TRT.. but, its not testosterone too an abnormal level. He still has 56yo joints arms and shoulders, and a testosterone production of you average healthy guy... no one is immortal... but john is the closest
Up until 2015 he hadn't even don't TRT. He said somewhere on a video that for his match against Devon laratt he got on TRT, I don't count that as anything because he was like 50 years old!

Im sure there is some genetics that are in his favor but I think it's because he started arm wrestling the CORRECT way when he was a kid from his dad. Same thing with Travis his dad taught him from a young age and he was a monster.
