I use stop switch to off. We can use Ignition switch but the spark happening on each on-off in the Ignition switch make the switch weak. So stop switch is the ultimate solution.

Actually i don't know. I don't like bullet's heavy duty ones either gas filled or ordinary. It only works properly in full load. So i installed a lighter one lended from Herohonda CBZ extreme.

It is long back. So I couldn’t remember it. Moreover the length is more than the original shock and it makes the chain tight when we compress the shock by the weight of the load.... the Working of swing arm makes the problem. Normally the swing arm is situated parallel to ground... but the lengthy shock absorber makes the swing arm going down. Then the upward movement tightens this chain. It will load the gear box main bearing.

HI !! I HAVE THE SEPARATE REGULATOR AND SEPARATE RECTIFIER SYSTEM. I HAVE INSTALLED A NEW RECTIFIER AND AFTER INSTALLING , MULTIMETER WAS SHOWING A VOLTAGE LIKE 15 OR 16 AND EVEN 18 SO THEN I INSTALLED A PUSH/PULL SWITCH IN ORDER TO STOP OVERCHARGING. NOW IT IS COMING NEAR 13.50 WHILE IDILING, 13.85 OR 13.90 OR 14.00 WHEN ACCELERATING. MY AMP METER NEEDLE GOES TO POSTIVE SIDE WHEN I THROTTLE AND EVEN GOES TO EXTREME POSTIVE END WHEN GIVING SOME MORE THROTTLE. NOW THE QUESTION IS WHETHER MY BIKE IS CHARGING OR NOT? AS THE BATTERY COMPANY IS SAYING THAT THE VOLTAGE SHOULD BE NEAR 14.20 OR 14.25. I DONOT KNOW WHETHER THIS 14.20 OR 14.25 VOLTAGE IS APPLICABLE FOR OLD CI BULLETS OR NOT. AND I AM USING EXIDE 12V 14 AH ( 12XL 14L - A2 )
I think a voltage limiter system is more efficient to achieve 14-14.5 volt. But 13.9 is also not bad... as the voltage pulse is greater than the required 14.5V. (You can check it with the multimeter in AC Voltage mode)

After I purchased there was engine noise so mechnic told to adjust timing wheel . Maybe he ratarded the timing then piston knocking sound came and cam gear ⚙️ sound continued as earlier . And then i change the block and there was no play in crank . Now the mechanic is saying to replace the main bearings. But the bike is run only 16000 km .?? Plz bro tell solution
@@devilcard3970 in my opinion you may first decarbonize the combustion chamber (rattling sound may be due to knocking by preignition ) and change to fully Synthetic 20W 50 oil. If the rattle sound is reduced you can use Iridium spark plug to reduce further carbon deposits. 16K kms is more than enough for a bad maintained vehicle to seize the engine. (Engine will burn out if the it run a few kms without oil plumbing). What the mechanic said is 100% correct.. as no one can adjust the camwheel sound if the engine bearing is worn.

Absolute comfort but a problem happened. The length is greater than original one. So the chain slack could not be adjusted normally.
It is long back. So I couldn’t remember it. Moreover the length is more than the original shock and it makes the chain tight when we compress the shock by the weight of the load.... the Working of swing arm makes the problem. Normally the swing arm is situated parallel to ground... but the lengthy shock absorber makes the swing arm going down. Then the upward movement tightens this chain. It will load the gear box main bearing.

NOW IT IS COMING NEAR 13.50 WHILE IDILING, 13.85 OR 13.90 OR 14.00 WHEN ACCELERATING.
MY AMP METER NEEDLE GOES TO POSTIVE SIDE WHEN I THROTTLE AND EVEN GOES TO EXTREME POSTIVE END WHEN GIVING SOME MORE THROTTLE.

I think a voltage limiter system is more efficient to achieve 14-14.5 volt. But 13.9 is also not bad... as the voltage pulse is greater than the required 14.5V. (You can check it with the multimeter in AC Voltage mode)

@@RKR1978 I purchased the bullet in july (2020 )2010 model the seller said but manufacturing date is 12 December 2009 . One tire orignal . Chainset orignal . After I purchased there was engine noise so mechnic told to adjust timing wheel . Maybe he ratarded the timing then piston knocking sound came and cam gear ⚙️ sound continued as earlier . And then i change the block and there was no play in crank . Now the mechanic is saying to replace the main bearings. But the bike is run only 16000 km .?? Plz bro tell solution
@@devilcard3970 in my opinion you may first decarbonize the combustion chamber (rattling sound may be due to knocking by preignition ) and change to fully Synthetic 20W 50 oil. If the rattle sound is reduced you can use Iridium spark plug to reduce further carbon deposits. 16K kms is more than enough for a bad maintained vehicle to seize the engine. (Engine will burn out if the it run a few kms without oil plumbing). What the mechanic said is 100% correct.. as no one can adjust the camwheel sound if the engine bearing is worn.
