As a child of the sixties, I adore black lights. Had a few of those cool black-light posters as a kid. Good times.

Just wanna let ya know that your sleepsmith video has been a go to bed time video for me. Ever since it came out I've probably gone to sleep to it about once every 3, 4 nights. It's so jinggly and visual... gotta have my jingly asmr

Something you might find interesting is red light (infrared) therapy and blue light (ultraviolet light) therapy are things that people regularly practice for skin care and tissue scar healing.
