You can tell the food is going to be good because of how clean their cutting board is, it's like brand spanking new! This mean they took care of their restaurant with utmost respect!
Absolutely incredible video. Those two play off each other so well and what a pleasure it must be to dine there. The food looked ridiculously delicious. Such a shame we don’t have places like this in the US. People are just too put off by offal, even when it’s some of the most flavorful parts of the animal. Best wishes to Eri in carrying on the spirit of the proprietress!
It is difficult to eat raw fish and eggs except in Japan. Raw meat is available in some places. Even Japanese people have their own likes and dislikes for internal organs, but the restaurants that prepare them properly, like the one in the video, have no smell and are really delicious. Please come and eat in Japan. This quality is difficult overseas. いらっしゃいませ～

自分は関東民ですが、日本全国色々と旅行に行きましたが、料理が一番美味しかった県はどこだったと聞かれたら、個人的には、ぶっちぎりで福岡県でした。普通の家庭にもとんこつスープ？があるみたいな事を聞いて、飲みが好きな人なら最高の料理と美味しいお酒が飲めるので大好きですね。動画内の目玉焼きと肉のジブリ飯の上位互換みたいなのも最高に美味しそう。
福岡民ですが普通の家庭にとんこつスープは無いですｗどっちかというと鳥がらスープで水炊き、ちゃんぽんなど鳥の消費の方が多いですね。

水炊きいいですね。関東民からすると水炊き＝お店で食べる高級品ってイメージがあるのでうらやましいですね。
