Everything is gonna change for humanity but together we gonna make it! We will help eachother, hug eachother and respect eachother!
There is no way back anymore!

The real problem with all of these compensation payments, because of the institutionally corrupt people who are responsible for them, is that they are, inevitably, going to be funded by the already, over taxed tax payer, rather than them being a real penalty on the people who they are truly attributable to. There's been a lot of sense talked here.
It is clearly true that when an institution messes up, they cover up, obfuscate and the whole "establishment" swings into action to help them out, usually regardless of party lines.
They help them out by dragging out the whole process of gathering facts, enquiry and so on.
The process lasts decades, by which time, victims are dead, witnesses have forgotten, gone abroad or died, which means that if any compensation has to be paid out, there are only a handful of people alive to receive it, who only have a few years left to live.
Meanwhile, the perpetrators have continued to get their massive pensions and have lived out their lives in comfort.
I can think of the Post Office, Hillsborough, Tainted Blood, Bloody Sunday Massacre in Northern Ireland , Iraq, David Kelly , Grenville Tower as seven scandals where this has been the case. There are others and , no doubt some, of which we are completely unaware.
Notice, no one is ever brought to book to face up to these mistakes, cover-ups, denials and finally, just ignoring the people who have suffered.
You are fools to continue letting this happen. You should not assume that our rulers are decent people who are doing their best for us.
Our "elites" (I hate to use that word, because it implies they are the "best") rally round to protect ones of their own, in case it is them that are caught out next.
In Henry VIII 's day, if you messed up, it was the block.
Clearly, that is not appropriate today, but there should be commensurate consequences. We need someone with the power of a judge to come in IMMEDIATELY and put wrongs right.
    How about the Monarch?
He needs to do something useful.

I was fascinated with the idea that in the Nuclear Industry people are praised for highlighting errors. I worked closely with all the water industry privatised companies in the UK. They all stated a progressive attitude that highlighting early issues which they called "early warnings" helped the business by allowing it to mitigate potential issues at an early stage. Sounds great doesn't it? In fact they penalised companies/suppliers who had declared early issues and scored them down.

In *about* 2010 (I was a very regular international visitor to the UK, so I'd need to extensively dig to validate the exact year), I entered the UK on a commercial flight from beyond the UK. I *DID NOT* come through passport control. I *DID NOT* have my bags go through *ANY* customs check or procedure. I did nothing but follow my ticket route, and the methodology was faulty. I was *SURPRISED* at my ease of entry with no checks - so surprised that I actually went into a police station to report it. After quite some time, a senior officer took over from the drones (!!), listened to me and said that he was vaguely aware that it was possible to come the way that I had, and that a person could 'slip through' without processing, BUT that he didn't know how he could fix it. He thanked me for coming in, couldn't promise a remedy could be instigated, and I left, thinking that *next time*, (if it ever happened again), I wouldn't bother making a report! In the UK, as a very bureaucratic country, I am AMAZED that something like this could even be possible. I would BET that if I came to the UK again using the same route methodology - YES, you'd know I was coming into the country, but would you confirm my ID and check my bags? You must remember that I made LOTS of trips, know what to expect, and I was NOT CHECKED on this instance without my knowledge. I exited the destination airport WITHOUT going through customs!! Hint - the system made a wrong assumption! The world is in political chaos; it isn't going to get any better any time soon, and the UK needs to get its act together to address the many attempts at breaching the border!
