- This VDO was created upon the request of a staff in dealextreme.com to explain the faulty problem of that item. I would believe that faulty product claim process at dealextreme is not that easy to get through.
1. they asked if you have read over the manual
2. they asked if you have read over the forum
3. they asked if you have any photos
4. they asked if you have uploaded VDO
5....
It is quite complicated and annoying for customer to get through this process.
On the other hand, it might be good for them use make a use of these faulty report evidences to report back to the factory.
Otherwise, they wouldn't accept the faulty claim??)
This confirms the trouble I had with them few years ago. I bought: laser, lights on car tires, sim card reader, usb bluetooth and more in one shipment and the laser, usb and lights were faulty. This was so cheap, so I didn't bother going through the "process" of sending the stuff back because I live in Iceland :)

DealExtreme is the online shop that you can trust. But you could imagine that hundred thondsands trasaction a month, the process of return (store credit) or asking for a replacement takes a month normally. However, no one would beat them for the bargain PRICE!
I have the first pair of glasses with the four buttons. the mp3, picture and video work fine, but when I try to replay the video back on my windows vista computor I get ( windows vista ) cant open the file because it dosent support the file.. can you help with this thanks
4. Chase up your case in dealextreme reponse, by sending the tracking result, attech receipt, delivery ref number and tell them that it has arrived and what the claim status it is now.
5. dealextreme would respond you by asking if you A. need a new one , or B. refund as a credit to buy other stuff on their website
I have a similar 4 button type that I received today. I don't have the drive problem but I cant get my MP3 player to work which is strange because the Bluetooth works.
The 1st pair of sunglasses seems to be sending video out differently than the 2nd pair of your friends. The 1st pair may not show as a drive as it shares the Headphone port. So maybe you must play the video back through a capture program. And there fore not faulty. But also its obvious that they are not clear about that. i have used all kinds of camera items in my life. and that type of connection normally or only worked when recording from Computer while played from device.
attention everyone do not buy the mv300 camera sunglasses because it lacks sd card slot and every pair iv had the mother board seems to go out after only using them once its not worth 100.00
WOW I got the faulty brand also lots of knock offs I reset it to no avail I’m returning it for a better one
Maybe you should try putting the SD card into your computer and uploading videos to files and putting the SD card back in the spy cam after put in computer and cleared
I have this problem when I record, it no longer adds video and the only thing you get is audio. It's either 1) Something happened with the the wire connecting to the Camera Lens to the Circuits or 2) the Lens itself got busted or 3) both wiring and camera lens are busted. I'm having a hard time finding a repair shop that can help me get my device back up at it's 100% Efficiency. Wish Go Pro makes high quality and durable Spy Cam Sunglasses with Polarized Lens.
My glasses camera records only the audio but not the video. Did you manage to repair yours?
@MGDevo I just bought the 4gb one. It didn't even last a day before dying on me. Really crappy product.
How to process the faulty claim
1. report faulty problem:
- you have read manual, forum, uploaded prepared pictures, uploaded videos (you can use my vdo link at youtube to explain the fault) at the same report (you need to report via their website).
2. When you get an email that you can send the item back
- send the faulty item with recorded deliver only
3. A week after, track your parcel in the courier website.

Can I use regular single-plug style earbuds on it? Or do you have to use the 2 separate buds it comes with??

Mine work fine it pops up a drive but it asks me to insert the disk I don't have the disk but I can probably buy one for them
Yea i know, ive bought a few thing from dealextreme, some of the stuff is outstandingly cheap and good quality, just wanted to know if they replaced your item or refunded you.

i bought a piece, cannot read video in computer, but some bad guys hide wifi detact of my spy sunglass and only they receive and see the record video while recording, they aim at steal my video record and not for my purpose to do and review play.
i do not intent to do for them.
anyone got English user manual that you can understand for these Spy Sunglasses?
