Absolutely love this house Max. The contemporary world class style,three levels two full glass walls in Master with double terrace perfect for me. Not in love with the location . Neighbors are way to close. It’s a bit like a large Apartment in a condo. Great to see a home like this is available in Richmond VA.
The 🚿 are stunning!! I like the vanity in the 1st floor powder room. The modern design and staging are sleek. The kitchen appliances are sci-fi kewl😀. There sadly were some wasted spaces on the upper floors.. The little closet size areas with no windows. No windows is fine, but how many trunk rooms does one need😂. Thanks for the tour👏👏👏👏😍
Beautiful home. I just wish VA did more basements...why do almost all Georgia homes have basements, but VA doesn’t?? Their frost line is much higher than VA’s, I’m sure. Side note: Who else noticed the person in the other house peeking at Max?? Lol

Max, I think this is my first time writing a comment on your channel instead of telling you directly my opinion. Lol. Well, I pass this home and the other Fan home you featured all the time and I have been dying to see the instead and they are both as lovely has I thought they would be. Who are the developers? I REALLY hope I know the people who buy the homes because I DEFINITELY want to be invited to parties or to hang on the roof top. They are the perfect combination of the historic Fan area and the luxury we have out here in Short Pump. Gorgeous!

Wish there was view of the closet(s) in the master room. For a million, the neighbors are a little too close for comfort😂 Overall I give it a 9 out of 10👍🏿

There... An elevator. Elevators are a common feature in luxury 3 story townhouses and some normal homes in Atlanta. Now this particular house is nice but certainly not worth it’s selling price. I know that historic locations in every city are high in cost but I’m not aware of any part of Virginia being a big time metropolis like NY, Atlanta, Seattle, Los Angeles, etc... In this particular area, the neighborhood looks awful. Like a ghetto surrounding this fine townhouse complex. I would pass on this location for million dollar luxury living. Not putting down ghettos or saying I wouldn’t live in one, because I do believe in neighborhood revitalization; but just that I wouldn’t go the million dollar mark, or anywhere near that amount in one.
This historic area (known as the Fan) has some of the highest cost homes per square foot in all of Central Virginia and is highly sought after . I am not sure what you saw but this is by no means a low cost area or revitalization area. The home has actually sold for $1,160,000 and a few more just like this one, are on the way, from the same developer. Thanks for your feedback and enjoy your evening.

Richmond has that Northeastern feel like New York, Philly ,Newark New Jersey Mid-Atlantic cities like DC and Baltimore.

The modern design reminds me of the homes you’d see in Nordic countries. Very minimal but modern. Kinda like the Ikea store 😂. Very beautiful home!
