- I hope you enjoyed my first short animatic. The first half of the video was 2 years ago so the art styles are inconsistent. I just thought I'd finish it this quarantine and would eventually share it to everyone.
I made this video for fun since there's usually nothing to do during this quarantine.

Hello, I’ve seen a few videos and came across yours. I noticed you said that the first half of the video you made was 2 years ago, however, the style or design of the cardboard boy and some other scenes (such as him being picked on, taping on sunglasses and the paper-mache) is quite similar to mine. Before I uploaded my animatic, I haven’t seen someone make a character to this song with a cardboard box as a mask, they were all just paper haha and as well as the one person color scheme. I don’t want to assume but if you’re taking inspiration off of other people’s videos, I hope you mention/clarify that just to avoid others as well as the creators assuming that you’re copying or reusing the same concept and claiming it as an original or something you just thought of etc. No hate or disrespect, just a heads-up for future situations and it’s a cute animatic nonetheless :))
omg Flaire! I love your works! I'm really honored to be praised by you! I've seen your Porcelain Face video and I'm really sorry if there were some scenes that are highly similar to the ones you have. I had no intention of copying your concept. As I have mentioned, I did start on doing this project two years ago but after seeing you post your video, I felt like it was wrong to abruptly post a video similar to yours. So I decided on giving up on this animatic. But then the quarantine happened and I had nothing else to do so I decided on resuming on it and post it here. Thank you for the heads-up though! I'll definitely take your advice. Again, I am deeply sorry if it seemed like I copied your concept. Anyways, stay safe and God bless!

firstly the boy is almost identical to Flaire's character except for the girl. The girl (in this video) aim for popularity compares to Flaire's is mostly a highschool girl who fell in love and got a relationship with a boy with the cardboard face around their teenage years when they were reunited. Second is that at the first (till its 0:33 seconds of the video) its almost identical to Flaire's settings for the boy is getting pick on by others then saved from his depression by a girl which he fell in love at first sight where it is almost like Flaire's character the video in the porcelain animation (Flaire Xrei). Third is a different ending which they got together at the end so its not like Flaire's but its almost identical to the story and a few settings

I'm glad that I got a reply from them and was made known that we shared the same idea. Why suddenly bring this up when it's already been cleared and dealt with on good terms and respect months ago? Looking forward to your next comment on another similar video I guess haha

Due to Epileptic seizures, I grew up always wearing blue-tinted sunglasses and kids spread rumors about me as a child in a small rural town, kids took it as Gospel. They never saw the tears for the things I had to be excluded from, the bruises from going home, my fear of making friends, or my body riddled with scars. I grew up a lonely boy because when I was 11 I was having too many seizures and had to move to online schooling.
I would hide in the forest for up to 6 hours at a time singing to myself trying to calm myself down, reading a book under “My Tree” on a patch of moss above Mammoth caves, and drawing pretend pictures of me with other kids in sketchbooks. I saw all my pets pass away while I sang to them lying in my lap and buried them in my little hidden Garden. They saw my family fall apart and my necklace of rope. I am 22 now and still alone but am forbidden from going into the forest alone in case I have a seizure. Songs like this make me cry and remember everything but also the fact I never truly gave up.
I sit here tearing up in my bathroom at 12:52 AM because I can’t sleep but want to remind you that things will be ok. Sorry I was a bummer.
