@@jellelliott if you use smash attacks the whole game you're leaving yourself WIDE open. and yeah, getting the pikmin back fast is so you dont get screwed once they die. the bad outweighs the good. like i said. olimar is less braindead than Roy, Palutena, Wolf. because his damage is good, his range is meh. and everything else? pretty awful. (save for recovery) the only times to use smash attacks are as a panic "back off tool" (fsmash) or upsmash for combos. thats it. the rest is aerials.
@@gdiakonitakis They haven't played against eachother in 10 months, and bestness doesnt even play the ness ditto matchup anymore, he plays paulatina into ness, so your argument is irrelevent. That was also litearlly 10 months ago.

The flamethrower allows you to swap quicker!? I always thought it was pseudo taunt.
Doing any special move will cancel the time you have to wait to swap, doing the flamethrower is the fastest option.
