DB can one hit tenderize with the combo I used, if I just clutch clawed the monster and then hit it I'd need to do it twice. The combo I used was Dash > Triangle > Circle > Circle > L2 for Claw attack (While in Demon Mode). That ensures a one hit tenderize.
