  • This is in response to the comments my first guide video got saying the counter only worked because they played non-sith reinforcements. Dicey? Yes. Rng reliant? Yes, just like everything else the Profundity does. Impossible? Not at all.

thanks, got rng on my side and pulled it off. Not as clean as I'd wanted but still good

@Erikopter I really am not a big fan of the profundity. I think it's always been the weakest of the 3. Everything it does relies on assist rng. Can be brutal on defense for that reason, but can screw you on offense for the same reason.

Also notice I didn't get enough assists to get Dash's special buffs before he went down, but it didn't matter. Getting that before the interceptor comes out definitely makes it easier, but isn't essential.

If you waited to use stealth on the outrider until cass's second turn, would you be able to force the mk6 to kill the y-wing?

@mekia2429 it's a good thought, but I don't think a consistent solution. My ywing just happened to survive a little longer than normal in this particular battle, but it usually goes down before cassian gets a second turn. Or I'd say, yes absolutely.

    Ugly win

@@scottdowdy3563 it's definitely not a pretty counter. Not high banners, and like everything with the profundity, it's reliant on rng. But it's an option if you need it to be, and sometimes that makes the difference between a win and a loss.
