Yes, a few zetas are absolutely necessary. Veers leadership, Piett's Emperors Trap, and Dark Troopers Bombarding Reinforcements are all essential to making this work.

@Erikopter I really am not a big fan of the profundity. I think it's always been the weakest of the 3. Everything it does relies on assist rng. Can be brutal on defense for that reason, but can screw you on offense for the same reason.

@mekia2429 it's a good thought, but I don't think a consistent solution. My ywing just happened to survive a little longer than normal in this particular battle, but it usually goes down before cassian gets a second turn. Or I'd say, yes absolutely.

@powellricky I'm finding the best relics to invest in are probably going to be for the pilots of cassians ship. It's pretty important it stays alive in the time between when dash gets nuked out and when you can get your next surviving reinforcements out. The times I lose this are the times in goes down during that time. My pilots are all base relics for the profundity unlock

@PlasticandRage my K2 is only g12 and I've been able to pull it off. Currently working on relicing him up, but great work. Saves the full leviathan lineup for something else and God do I hate the leviathan mirror

@powellricky Yeah, mines r1 and I'm getting it done but I'd love for it to be a bit safer. I think when I'm done with my current GL farm I'm going to take him to r5 for a bit more breathing room. I use him with Adrad anyway so might as well.

@iamhector24 you should be killing him before he gets a turn. What comp are you bringing in? The important pieces for that phase, if you don't have things like jml, are jedi revan, and a slow jedi luke. The rest of your team should be fast. Make sure your revans mark is off cooldown coming into the phase. Open with the mass stun from luke, just like the rest, then mark GG with revan and put him down before he can get started. If you reply with your comp I can try to give some specific advice.

@dodgingrain3695 lots of people do it. It definitely makes countering it easier. When I posted my old leviathan mirror video I had a guy on Facebook arguing with me that playing the phantom was the only way to win the mirrors. Happy to take advantage of other people's misplays all day long.

@smrii2487 yeah that's just not true. Been doing it against everyone in my fleet shard since the updates hit. It's not a completely sure counter. It can definitely go wrong, but it's not won or lost based on one reinforcement deployment.

@gabrielcomeau3518 slkr isn't quite a hard counter, but he's close to it. If you have Sana farmed up, there's a really good off meta counter right now. All your team needs is to be able to survive leia's opening aoe and its done. I've been thinking about making a video but there's already several out there. It's Rolo lead, CLS, Sana, Crex, and the fifth is somewhat interchangeable, but I like Chewpio for it. Do a TH-cam search for it. Ahnold has a good video up for it.

The PC client is capable of higher. A lot of the bigger youtubers play on it. On phones it for sure is 30.

@davidecortese5744 speed on b1 is really the only thing that matters for this. Everything else I run is very standard modding for those characters. Didn't change anything. Potency and tenacity on b2, all protection on MG, speed doesn't matter on either. Health and potency on Sid with a healthy dose of speed but nothing earth shattering, and I have gold throw away mods on maul for his ship. The b1 speed thresholds are all you need to care about for this. His droid battalion stacks take care of the rest.

It may appear that way in this rough early video, but it isn't that. It's consistent. I've pulled it off nearly every gac and tw since then. Only lost and gotten stuck behind a leia once.

You have the right DC? It's hugely important against the drogancron. I've been doing really well with it. This video is from when I was first figuring it out. Been frustrating watching ahnold butcher it over and over. It's all about using kru and slkr to keep drogan stunned, and swipes. You build a little base of mastery siphon then swipe away. Practice in squad arena.

I've also found since then, that FOST makes a better 5th than Hux. Hux doesn't do too much for you here. He typically passes slkr one turn then dies. FOST stays up much longer and gives them another target for a few more turns.

Don't do it if they run the han and chewy comp. It shuts down slkr pretty hard. Chewie's guard mechanic prevents your team from landing crits on 3 characters and you won't be able to ult quickly enough, and they'll just chew you to pieces while you try. Otherwise, the really important things are keeping drogan stunned with kru and slkr as much as possible. Try to target Drogan with your aoes if you can to remove mastery from him and make him easier to kill, and pop that first ult at 2 turns damage immunity. 1 turn damage immunity won't be enough, and you likely won't survive waiting for 3. After that first one just pop the ult as soon as you get it each time. The datacron is also essential. The level 3 ability i have in my run is extremely helpful but not essential. The level 6 ability is essential for the counter to work. Good luck. Leia with the big drogancron is a real rough battle even with a good strategy and prep going in.

My buddy was struggling with it and I just threw one together quick to show him how I did it, or I'd have gone a bit more in depth. You can see him asking me questions about it while I was recording it.

Gideon would work fine if that's who you've got leveled. I run Starck instead because I have him at relics and modded to be fast, and my Gideon is still g12. Range is pretty essential and my Range is also g12. Running two g12 characters will make getting through the opening barrage extremely difficult. Starck can take a few more hits, and has a mass buff to feed tm, and removes enemy tm when he takes turns. All useful stuff. But again, if you've got Gideon at relics he'll work just fine too.

@@PlasticandRage so after running it back several times, Starck would be the preferred over Gideon! The post TM removal after his turn, (Starck) ensures a more safer "Trooper Train" run while considering Gideon is great for his mass TM removal on enemies, the cool down doesn't make it too viable! Starck has the control and that's how I beat it! I followed your guide and thank you Sensei! Subbed and liked!
