North Carolina Ray Mine Pegmatite Gemstone Adventure!

In this video, we hike thru the beautiful hills of North Carolina in search of blue beryl, garnets, black tourmaline, mica and moonstone. The pegmatites of the Ray mine are full of gems!

Another Fantastic opportunity to check out the Ray mines in North Carolina. The different pigmatites that you found were very good finds!! The different mica, red garnets, tourmaline, quartz at the end were very unique. Thanks for sharing your experiences and adventures with us James and Maddie!!
