I would say sending an interest letter before Christmas break couldn't hurt, but make sure the schools that you applied to accept them first, you can email admissions and ask beforehand. Also, emailing the letters is what people usually do. Physical mail isn't the move in my opinion.
Hey man thanks for the video. I wanted to ask, when did you have an interview for Arizona, and when did you send out that letter of intent? I am thinking of writing one for a school that i interviewed with back in september, that I have not heard anything from to this point. Thanks!
Hey there, thank you so much for your question! I interviewed in January and actually sent my letter of intent the same day and got accepted the first week of February.

Is all dependent on the street is only admissions and your statistics. Thanks man! It’s Dec 1st, still have not heard back for any interviews yet. But I did get denied from two of the 7 schools I applied…
I am pre-accepted to LECOM tho. Early admission program… but I want to hear back from UF. Save $$
