Matt is truly brilliant - so much more advanced harmonically than loads of other bassists who have chops - he's a really cool guy as well - he's one to watch but saying that he's been doing this shit for 15 years now - he's a great, great bassist.

I've never seen or heard of,"Matt Garrison"until the october issue of bass player mag. This guy is unreal, with the 5 string tuned to the high"C",always thought about it but never tried. He's right there with Wooten! It does make u want to quit or practice all the time.

Yes, it's an ebony ramp hand-made and fitted by Fodera. He was inspired by Gary Willis to start using the ramp.

Fodera strings. 28-C String, 40-G, 60-D, 80-A, 100-E (hipshot drop tuner that I use to drop to a low B)
