      Pamela Smart has an exemplary prison records. She has often helped fellow inmates. For example, there was a mentally challenged woman "Chaquitta" who often defecated in her shorts and had trouble showering herself. She had an accident and Pam came running to clean the woman up, hand washing her underpants,, and helping her take a shower. She tutors other inmates. If she were a violence-prone psychopath, her behavior in prison would show that.
      I don't know if she is guilty or not. I just know she's served over 30 years and is not a danger to anyone. Her continued incarceration serves no purpose.

      @imvandenh 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      @@InAnotherTimeGirl I remember what she said on the tapes. Nothing she said incriminated her with regard to the murder. If anything it sounded like she was fearful that innocent people such as herself would be implicated in the murder. There was no direct evidence linking her to the murder, only the testimony of her boy toy and his flunkies that said she had ordered the murder. And what possible reason would they have to lie? I'd call the sweetheart plea agreements they received a good reason to drop a dime on her whether true or not. Investigators didn't like her so they wanted to pin this murder on her. Now the actual murderer is being released, all according to the plea arrangement that included the possibility of parole. She doesn't even have that possibility and she didn't kill anyone. Plenty of Reasonable Doubt. Maybe I'm crazy but I still believe that it's better than a thousand guilty go free than one innocent spend even a minute behind bars.

    Billy Flynn is free because he told the truth, has always shown remorse, and did his time in a quiet and respectful manner. Pamela Smart is not capable of any of these things. Her goal was to have her husband dead, and she wouldn't have stopped until she found someone to do it for her. Pamela Smart is the real person that killed her husband. He may have performed the act, but Pamela Smart put that gun in his hand - and she knows it. Paul Maggiotto is correct when he says that a million tweets won't get her out of prison. Nothing will - you can tweet, petition, make documentaries, talk to reporters, create videos and social media pages and petition every new Governor that takes office in New Hampshire and the outcome will always be the same. No new evidence, no new trial, no mercy.

From fleeing a traffic stop to avoid a license suspending ticket, or DUI, to robbery in an effort to maintain property, or have a place to stay. Rarely is taking your medicine worse than the consequences of committing a crime to avoid it, yet people do it everyday. Divorce, cheat all better alternatives than what happened here. Perhaps her brain wanted that situation so bad that she just wanted him dead, like the woman who killed her two kids by driving them into a lake so she could be with the man she was cheating with, who apparently saw them as baggage, a couple years prior to this story.

She was sent to a good college where she was smart enough to receive a teaching degree. This means she is a smart woman. She had everything anyone could want, things that so many young girls didn't have. It wasn't enough for someone greedy & self centered. And to this day she is still that. Not one time did I hear her say she was sorry for all that happened. Not one time. Not one time. She has had half her life to ponder what she did wrong & come to realize that she took the life of a good man, for nothing! She is where she deserves to be. Did you ever think about the possibility the boy took it upon himself to kill the husband so he could have her all to himself and that she knew nothing about it? Its more than plausible. Especially since I guarantee you the police and prosecutors and lawyers for the boy told him he’d get off lighter if he said it was her idea.

    When the boys drove the 36 miles from Seabrook to Derry, arriving after sunset the night of the murder they knew the door would be unlocked for them. It was. They knew neither Pam nor Greg would be home yet. I don't think they were prepared to wait an indefinite period of time which could turn out to be hours. Would you be? They must have known fairly precisely when Greg would get home. They did know because Pam told them. They made sure they got there shortly before he did. And it was important that Pam not arrive home until after the boys had had time to do the deed and clear out. So she gave them the allotted time before she came home. For the plan to work the timing had to be orchestrated within fairly small margins by Pam and she would have to leave the door unlocked.

      Pamela Smart, at 22 years of age, was immature and like a teenager herself. She used youthful bad judgement in getting involved with students and having an affair with Billy Flynn. The local media went after her with vengeance and prejudiced the chances of her having a fair trial at an alternative location other than Exeter, NH.

      @just my opinion ok, I'm not going to lie. Ive read this message several times, literally, I have been dying laughing at, what do you said because she probably thinks that because she's a woman, which you can't even call her a woman. She was molesting a child at least she's in prison, but let's be real if she would have been extremely beautiful like that. One teacher was, she would have only gotten house arrest and then that one teacher who had children with her student, she died of breast Cancer recently, he came forward and actually finally told the truth about how bad all of this stuff messed him up. That is horrific, but the double standard is ridiculous, it doesn't matter, they should get the same amount of time as a man does what their doing is molestation, sorry for sending you another message, I was molested myself and I don't care that he was a boy, he was molested, he wasn't able to give real consent, it's messed up, do the right thing, if a woman does this then these so called women should be in prison for the rest of their lives. Once you molest a child, you will do it again and again and again they never stopp believe me.

    Some evil people hide their dark inner thoughts well, and can fool people. Not this person though.
    Till now, STILL no remorse whatsoever. Still thinks she's so smart & a good actress, can fool everyone.
    Yet, if she truly showed remorse, admitted her crime, changed, the Panel may of given her parole long ago.

    the parole board had forgiveness for flynn because 1, he was young, 2, they believed he was manipulated by smart & 3, he has always shown alot of remorse & 4, he served over 20 yrs & was a model prisoner.

    • @jackanthony976
      @jackanthony976 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Parole has nothing to do with "forgiveness." A prisoner is granted parole when he or she meets the criteria outlined by law. Forgiveness is not listed as a component of the criteria for parole. Flynn was sentenced to life WITH the possibility of parole because he testified against Pam. Pam on the other hand was sentenced to life WITHOUT the possibility of parole. That is why she will never get out of prison. It all has to do with the sentencing guidelines and has nothing to do with "forgiveness." Forgiveness is a personal matter.
