Hi momshe, same po ang nangyari sa mother ko (73 yrs old) , nagkadepressio and anxiety. Dati syang sobrang active then ngaun, ang kilos same sa mother mo po, bumagal ang kilos. And last year ang problem nya is hindi makatulog, kaya need nyang mag gamot. Medyo tumaba na mother ko ngaun pero matamlay pa din ang kilos, and ayaw na nyang masyadong lumabas like before, ang dami nyang ginagawa outside. God Bless po, sana continue na ang paggaling nang mothers naten 💗❤

If may I suggest, you may encourage the kids to walk with their grandparents (with your supervision of course). Kahit sa garden area or the outside place where your kids would play or bike. Para maarawan ang parents mo at ma exercise din sila, esp your father. Kahit saglit lang.

I’m sorry for yr mom, yes I remember her frm yr previous vlogs mas bibo sya then. Siguro for now makakabuti na they are here with their kids. Pagtulong tulungan nyo na lang magkakapatid. She, I have a suggestion concerning the front steps in the tiny house.You need to install a ramp that is accessible for wheelchair or walker to minimize accidents . It will be easier for you when you carry food back and forth. Just a suggestion…
