I love this weekly blogs & I am noticing how much happier you are & I love seeing it. I have also been trying to work on add new habits. I can totally relate with the whole gym chat. I have been a member of a few of the cheaper gyms and never enjoyed it. I recently rejoined the more expensive gym near me and I am so much happier. It is an utter luxury and in my opinion totally worth every penny as it helps my mental health. Being able to attend classes, have a nice swim, get changed and have a bite to eat is so great and its a great form of me time as well xx
Love a good look around in food shops, I’m quite good at stocking up sweets but I do get a little carry away. Bonnie’s reaction to the swan toy was so sweet & funny. I love watching her play with her toy. The baby clothes for your friend is adorable. 😊

The “mean girl in my head” reference was like a light bulb in my head! I know that girl, she’s a version of me too and it’s a daily battle to silence her but we’re working on it and getting there.
