I could not agree more about your weight loss philosophy! Slow and steady wins the race and cutting out things is NEVER sustainable in the long run. I love that you still enjoy your food, just being mindful about portions and moving your body. ❤
Exactly, learning new habits takes time and it’s not as spectacular but it’s it’s good for our health in the long run 🤎

I LOVE your videos!! I’m from Texas and I’ve always wanted to travel to England and visit beautiful countrysides like in your video! You are looking fabulous!! My husband had a triple bypass surgery in November and I have gained about 15 lbs since then, which I couldn’t really afford to gain. With this I have been a bit depressed and love the chilly, cold rainy days and could just curl up and read a book all day!! Keep making your beautiful videos!❤️

this is lovely, we live in London next to the big Richmond Park and I love those foggy days and a little walk:). Love that you have children as well, I know it is not easy to find time and shoot videos like this when they are around.
I stumbled onto your channel recently and I am really enjoying it! I want to thank you for talking about how you are going about your weight loss! I too also believe there is no quick, easy fix for weight loss and I agree, you can loose weight by still eating carbs and sugar and eating things you enjoy, just eat less of it and stay in a calorie deficit and you will loose weight! These crazy fad diets that everyone is doing don’t work, they may loose weight quickly but I have seen time and time again that they just gain it all back and usually even more because they cannot sustain that unrealistic way of eating and haven’t learnt anything! I wish you continued success here on TH-cam and also with your weight loss journey! Hugs from a Canadian gal! ❤️
You put in your comment my exact thoughts! There’s so much irrational diets circulating because it’s a huge, multibillion industry & sadly not many care about the health aspect, it’s all about money and unrealistic promises 🥲
