(By the way, thanks for your roundhouse kick drill tutorial, I love that kick) Yet, my footwork is not as good as I would I like to. I feel stiff when I move, Like If I have to think any movement. ¿Do you think that I can get my feet and hips to move in a natural way? You know, like breathing. Maybe I´m missing something, But I´m certain that this video might help me. Thanks for your videos, Simon.
