Sir is it possible to set google formto select only three questions in each section in google form after selecting three question the remaining qustions must be disable
1. Don't change the letter case sir. Type only in small letters. 2. Don't alter/change/edit the cerrifyem record spreadsheet. 3. Make sure your Google form response order is like below: Email address First name Other identifier Other identifier2 Changing this order will reflect in your certificate 4. Important point: make all questions required. Otherwise candidates may not fill it.
Sir, after uploading custom made certificate, name of the participant is not identified in testing mail as well as certificate. Some default name is replaced by certifyem. And certifyem records are empty. Responses are collected separately for the feed back. How to rectify

Sir you can ask any number of questions. No problem. But the first 4 questions are very much essential for printing in the certificate. If u want more number of variables to be printed on the certificate, u must use autocrat. Hope this helps.

Hi sir, that is not possible. You can send only one template of certificate in cerrifyem. You can only able to print marks in certificate. Since they only one validate statement (choosing marks), for despatching certificates, its not possible to send appreciation cum participation together sir. If I find someother way of sending as per your requirement, I will surely make a video sir. P.S: meanwhif you are ready to work in photoshop (no basic knowledge required), kindly check my other videos for making bulk certificates in minutes. In this way you can make bulk certificate for appreciation and participation in less than 10 mins. Hope this helps.
