    So I have a question. I use a translation app to practice common words and how to conjugate them. When I want to say "I was hungry", it doesn't follow these rules and it's something different. Is there a reason why?

    for example if i want to use this form in a negative question it will be: Ben --- degildim miydim? ... I hope you can help me with my doubt :)

    • @LearnTurkishwithMuki
      @LearnTurkishwithMuki  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I see what seems to be the issue here. Look at the breakdown of 'degildim' -> degil-di-m. The 'm' is the person marker. The person marker generally likes to be all the way at the end in Turkish. When you form a question the person marker moves to the end of the question marker. Like this, 'degil miydim?'
