There are times when I tell something wrong due to my bad Hindi and gets interpreted in the wrong way . But my friends know me and hence they laugh it out . That’s exactly the same thing that happened. And it seems like you don’t believe that His Holiness doesn’t speak English well . Watch his videos nicely , you’ll always see him breaking up his sentences and doesn’t have such fluency like you speak . He always has 2 interpreters with him . We as Tibetans understand that child abuse happens for decades around the world which is a major issue. However, His Holiness is not like ordinary Babas or sadhus who use their power to manipulate people. Your concern is valid. But in the era of the 21st century do you believe every educated people would fall or can be manipulated very easily to not thousands or ten thousand but millions of people around the world, it's only happening because we have faith in Him and let me tell you, This didn't happen overnight it was earned by his holiness over his past life and throughout his present life. He saw Tibet struggles throughout his life and saw Tibetan people being slaughtered by Chinese people through his own eyes. I would say the world has no idea about what he has been through. Till today His Holiness barely gets periods of sleep at the age of 86. Yet he never gives up on giving us good teaching about how to preserve our culture and good morals. Lastly, I don't know how your grandparents were but when I was a child my grandfather used to bite my ears playfully so that I would run away from him! That is all I remembered about him. There are times when I tell something wrong due to my bad Hindi and gets interpreted in the wrong way . But my friends know me and hence they laugh it out . That’s exactly the same thing that happened. And it seems like you don’t believe that His Holiness doesn’t speak English well . Watch his videos nicely , you’ll always see him breaking up his sentences and doesn’t have such fluency like you speak . He always has 2 interpreters with him . Once you get to know Him youlll never once doubt Him .

We as Tibetans understand that child abuse happens for decades around the world which is a major issue. However, His Holiness is not like ordinary Babas or sadhus who use their power to manipulate people. Your concern is valid. But in the era of the 21st century do you believe every educated people would fall or can be manipulated very easily to not thousands or ten thousand but millions of people around the world, it's only happening because we have faith in Him and let me tell you, This didn't happen overnight it was earned by his holiness over his past life and throughout his present life. He saw Tibet struggles throughout his life and saw Tibetan people being slaughtered by Chinese people through his own eyes. I would say the world has no idea about what he has been through. Till today His Holiness barely gets periods of sleep at the age of 86. Yet he never gives up on giving us good teaching about how to preserve our culture and good morals. Lastly, I don't know how your grandparents were but when I was a child my grandfather used to bite my ears playfully so that I would run away from him! That is all I remembered about him. see, i wont say his English is bad but REMEMBER English is his second language. Dalai Lama is a very playful person 87 years old a Grandfather figure and is pure . His saying 'suck my tongue" did sound weird that is indeed but at the same time when the west culture swears in normal conversations like "fuck" and if its translated to our language its sounds wrong too. but its normal for them so likewise we must understand things in both perspectives because Dalai Lama has no intentions of Making it sound weird.
