The rainbow nail turned out great, I was thinking it may have been easier to paint the colors across first and then cover them all with the 3D gel for that effect you know. Either way beautiful work and what made me sub was you introducing yourself and being so honest about your journey 😢 You are braver than most, I’ve wanted to do TH-cam for a while and have so many OLD videos from last year in my phone of me doing nails but I’ve never posted or done anything with them 😔 Anyway I am so sorry for the book but your video just really resonated with me tonight. New subbie here, I’ve been doing my nail thing for a while on youtube since 2015 actually and recently started nail school as they didn’t require licensing before 2021 where I’m from. I really appreciate your honesty in your video and I love the longer videos personally. I started due to a bad experience at a nail salon and took off running from there. There’s been months where I lose my focus and won’t touch a nail because of just stress and life but I lovvvvveeeeeee doing nails! Burnout is very real and I have definitely experienced this! You are an amazing inspirational person hun. I would love to have you as a subbie too luv, if u don’t mind. Also if you don’t want to use colored acrylics use gel on the nail cure it then cap. Also mixing gel polish into your monomer ruins your monomer hun. The chemical combination makes it change its structure. I actually just asked my professor about this because I thought it was a cool hack and she said due to the chemicals in the powder and the liquid in order for them to work properly together and last properly to not do that. Personally I might do it for myself but I won’t offer it to clients just in case that does happen. Anyways love how the color turned out boo. ❤❤❤
That's y i like polygels caz i cant be bothered with the acrylics, n so much stress with monomers n all that, plus it always thinout my nails n other people i always hear saying the same thing. Builder gel/polygel for me all the way.
