You can modify the template to use for EB2. The criteria are a little different, so reference them properly, otherwise the content would be very similar.

Hi again! I have one question. I've heard that the package to be sent to USCIS should have around 700 pages!!!!! Is that right? How many pages your process had? (I mean, the part that you tell your story 'cause I know there are a LOT of attachments that should be added to prove your point).
You do not need to have 700 pages. There is no such requirement. Just make your case properly and add sufficient documentation. My application was about 100 pages long, 20 page cover letter, about 30 documents, and copies of passport, VISA, etc.

However, I could not locate an address specifically for the I-140 form from outside the country. In this case, would it be acceptable to send my application to either of these two addresses? And I had heard from some US immigration attorneys that the package should have around 1,500 pages.
