I relate to this so much!! somehting that helps me is including little things I liked from my childhood here and there to honour that inner child and it honestly helps me balance things with growing up💗💗

This video motivated to deep clean my apartment & to start using the complex’s gym for at least 30 minutes every few days (treadmill first & then some other body workouts once I get into the groove again). I just had my baby 2 months ago & I’ve been feeling really good about my body but I want to stay healthy. It’s time to romanticize more little things in my life🫶🏼

Adulting definitely isn’t easy, even when you have your whole life together, sometimes it’s nice to just let loose and be a child again.

Me I’ve been living under a rock 😂 because I didn’t know what 12,3,30 was lol!! Now I’m going to try it out usually I just do my aerobic heart rate for 15-20 mins at least 3 times a week because all the studies I’ve read said this is where it’s at!

don't feel stressed about gettting into the habit of doing "adulting things" before moving out. once you move out, the habits you formed at home won't always translate to your apartment no matter how many years you practiced it at home. there's always an adjustment period to new situations, environment, and routines. however, the internet is a good tool to help!!

I’m not American and I don’t earn enough money to live on my own and have a car or get a credit to get one, but the process of paying the bills, the taxes, cook your own meals, wash your own clothes, do the groceries, make me realize that I’m not a kid anymore 😅 I was living happily getting everything from my parents but I need to grow up, send help lol
you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it can hurt you instead
