I will tell you that the Guadalupe River has now become a seasonal flowing river in parts of Kendal and Comal Counties. The river at Rebecca Creek road has not flowed in sometime and is just a small pond west of the bridge. The riverbed is completely exposed and dry. Extremely sad to see what is happening to all the creeks and rivers that traversed the Texas Hill Country. water is going to be a main issue for Central Texas now and in the future. Don't want to believe it, take a ride out there and see for yourself.

Go check them out right off highway 32 and 5 minutes to town and 50 minutes to Springfield Missouri and 70 minutes from Kansas City Missouri. 125,000 to 150,000 k it has electric and water on lot 4 it's a must see
