My 2X Pro catcher doesn’t have the lace in the palm, I’m fairly certain you were comparing that to the Ultra Sonic versus the Vapor 2X Pro. Additionally, I think the Supreme line has a dual hinge that helps with closure and the Vapor line has what id call a single hinge which gives the goalie options to chose from when customizing a glove. It will be interesting to see if you can get a Supreme glove skinned as a Vapor with the Ultrasonic and Hypersonic graphics. What helps with the closure by the way is how loose they lace up the inner and outer lacing. If you pull the lacing tight the glove can be hard to close, do it loosely and it will close like butter. Love the gloves by the way, huge fan of the red!
Appreciate the detailed response. Most of what you ask is the type of content that will be covered more thoroughly in the future comparison videos. The 2X definitely has a dual hinge, I played with it during the break in period. However, I lent my 2X set out and don’t have the glove in front of me, if I had a small mistake on the disappearance of the laces, apologies. I was thinking they were there. Regardless, can confirm the layup internally of Poron and Curv has been improved. The feel of the glove is a night and day improvement.
@@thegoalnet5915 I am looking at my 2X Pro glove and I will say for sure they have a dual hinge the more I look at it. I have one I had to add lacing too so I could sandwich the material together better.
