KANTARY BAY PHUKET - Food Journey Pt 7

- Our family have been going to Phuket for more than 12 years! The first few years we used to stay at Cape Panwa Hotel @capeandkantary . Later we started staying at KANTARY BAY HOTEL, the sister hotel of Cape Panwa. Kantary Bay Hotel is perfect for long term-stay because it offers spacious, fully furnished studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. The STAFF is absolutely amazing! Everyone is treated like family. It is a fifteen-minute drive from Phuket town and you can also visit the popular Central Festival where you can enjoy delicious food. I can also recommend the Kantary Cafe, next to the hotel if you feel like a light meal. The facilities at both hotels are great. Especially the beach is awesome.
One of my favorite places that I always visit while I am in Phuket is the ZURICH BREAD CAFE in Kathu District. The food is wonderful and everything from the Bakery is SUPER DELICIOUS! This is one of the places where you always leave happy and satisfied and can't wait to go back for more! There is also a Zurich Bread Cafe in Central Festival.
While I visited Central Festival I discovered "ON THE TABLE, TOKYO CAFE" from Japan. I had the BEST MUSHROOM and BLACK TRUFFLE SOUP ever, at this restaurant. I also tried dishes and drinks that I have never had before. All the dishes are full of flavor and presented very beautifully. So, if you visit Phuket, and you go to Central Festival, you MUST have a meal at this amazing restaurant.
Another restaurant that has "Stood the Test of Time" and is another favorite of mine, is SAWASDEE at Cape Panwa. It is also very popular with tourists. It is very close to Kantary Bay Hotel. The owner, and her nephew are amazing people, and the food is so tasty. The prices are unbelievably cheap! So, of course, I went to Sawasdee, a few times, during my stay at Kantary Bay Hotel.
