- $$$ If you're a fan of RC cars and DIY projects, don't miss out on our latest video where we convert an old Arrma Typhon into a street-ready Toyota Tundra basher using spare parts and give it a spin.
Haha this was like the RC version of Roadkill!!! Love it!
Love the parts bin shop slider! Been thinking about doing something like that. For teh "science" 😅. Keep up the good work fellas! 👍
It's a good day when a big chongus finds a new home. I'm not really familiar with the Typhon though. Just heard some guys like to use them for speed runs, and that's cool. RC-RX has a pretty nice setup, he just ran around 100mph.
Oh yeah I remember the typhon that was a good couple of videos 🇬🇧🤙
I did something like that with my kraton 4s . I installed a m2c chassis brace , belted proline 17mm short course tires and a 20 tooth pinion and that is a rocket 👍👍
Freaking love. Best looking one I have seen.
That was a super fun video. Well done boys. You guys are the best 👍
Nice vgg reference
Rc Life🎉🎉🎉🎉 hello yall
i love street rcs! used ti crawlers and monster trucks/truggy bashers i bought my first scale 1/10 touring car from absima/hsp and even if a modest 150eur brushed version i got hooked! its another level if fun the precise steering it offers and the linear acceleration and drifting is so scale and fun! already modded the body for front and tail lights, ball bearings ordered and in 1 or 2 months brushless conversion for nothing crazy but maybe 60kmh topspeed feom the 40 it does now. Also have in mind a world of scale 1/10 bodies and wheels. Love this hobbie!
We must be on the same wavelength. I have a almost complete TT-02 chassis sitting on my workbench right now, that's completely made out of spare parts from my Mclaren Senna, and Neo Scorcher builds. All I'm waiting for is 2 diff cases, and some body mounts. The electronics are a hodge podge from a traxxas slash, a Tamiya Squash Van, and a Rlarrlo. Ak917. It's gonna be a Franken-car. 😅 I did order a new body as I don't have an extras. A 1978 Pontiac Bandit Trans Am body. It's gonna be crazy sauce. 🤪
Great video, thank you
Glad you liked it!
protip: remove the red part ring of the shock (it's threaded) to remove the spring to make it easier to disassemble and assemble
I highly recommend you pick up the mod 0.8 spur gear and pinions for this thing
I sent yall an aluminum motor mount for Ethans granite years ago.. and i remember he said he wasnt going to use it.. would have worked perfectly on this one😂
I just got one of my rcs back and completely ripped apart and fixed it and now it's 2s
Sick wheels. Those are replicas of Fifteen52 turbomacs. The real ones were codesigned by Ken Block and used on his gymkhana 6 Fiesta ST.
More info on the body, please.
Proline Toyota tundra.
Some people pay good money to get liquid shot into there eye👁️😅
Nice.!!
Is that a Proline body.?
I have one of their Ford F-150 bodies on my Senton.!
