    Container trade BL is must
    In charterd bulks LOI is appied for avoiding delays
    LOI only protect vessel mater temporarily.
    LOI up to terminal is ok
    For cargo clerance BL and Do for customs clerance in other wise LOI or Amented BL ended required.

    Nice sir, you ended with goodwill but some surveyors are more interested in that conflict situation. Also please enlighten about the E-bill, will it help resolve this conflict in cases of LOI?

    Thanks Samrat! Makes sense. Can a LOI also be issued to a Master if the cargo hasn't been loaded in a condition as stated on the BOL?

    • @SteeringMariners
      @SteeringMariners  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, although a Master should then also make a remark in the Bill of Lading (The Bill of Lading will then not be called a 'clean' Bill of Lading).
