We are neighbors! I'm in SE SD. You have a created quite the charming space. My garden is mostly veggies but my dahlias look to put on a show later in the year. Do you dig up your tulips each year and replant? Do you get some good naturalization/spreading?
Mess? Well you better not look at my garden, I let Mother Nature have her way with a lot of it.
Love your hosta collection. I just picked up a Captain Kirk variety and just adore it. I really like your liberty hosta too.

Hi neighbor😊. Thank you for watching. I don't dig up my tulips. Some come back and some don't. I try to add more in the fall. I might do more daffodils as they are rabbit and deer resistant. My hosta collection keeps growing. I will be getting more in the mail pretty soon😊.Captain Kirk is beautiful💚.

The area @13:10 looks like it snowed. How will you keep those lovely ferns from becoming invasive?

I know😂. I remove ferns every year. I keep some but the new ones, I either throw them away or transplant them to my woodland garden in the back. I like them though.
