I live in Santa Rosa. In a condo on Mission Blvd. We walk all the time to Oliver's Market on Montecito and to the Union Hotel on the other side of Mission Blvd. We are less than a 10 minute drive away from 4th Street/downtown. I an very happy where I live in Santa Rosa.

Hello Ric! Thank you for talking the time to watch and comment. I’m sorry you feel that way about me. Have we ever had a conversation before? My job here isn’t to sell people on Sonoma County. In fact, I hardly consider myself a “sales person” at all. My job is to help educate people on the area that they’ve already decided they’re moving to. I can’t make anyone move here and if you think you can make someone pack up and move just from some videos you are sadly mistaken. I understand the whole sales people suck thing and in most cases I agree. However, my job here isn’t to sell. It’s to educate on the area. Weather people move here or not I simply enjoy making videos on an area I’m extremely passionate about.

I have lived on Dutton Ave in Roseland for 4 years and it was perfect, bank and stores right there on Sebastopol Road . Also a lot of Restaurants and Food Trucks 😊
