You’d be surprised. A lot of people who get this big have some kind of trauma, so they think nothing of the mental part and only focus on the one thing that comforts them
@@jaxscales6158yeah i havent really heard of someone whos weight had gotten that extreme without some loss/trauma attached to it. For me i get nausea and stop feeling hungry bc everything turns to sawdust but for lots of ppl food still brings them comfort. But yeah i feel like its more rare to find someone whos root cause for extreme life threatening obesity to just be enjoyment of food it mostly seems to be used as a crutch for emotional baggage

535 lbs is attractive to a lot of people, but it's not healthy.
Losing some weight is healthy if done right, but no one finds loose skin attractive.
Glad she was able to get the surgery to remove skin.
And I believe black skin is prone to issues with keloids and hypertrophic scarring. But everything looks perfect. He's a skilled surgeon. So very happy for her.
She is a strong woman. A good role model for the rest of us to make the change
What a lovely person, both inside and out . By out I mean her beautiful face ,and with that level of commitment and with the strength she clearly possesses she will sail through her next surgeries to full all encompassing beauty.. God Bless you dear girl.
Congratulations! Sweetheart, the least of your concerns is what others say, think or feel. What you did for yourself took courage. Absolutely wonderful accomplishment. You are beyond beyond beautiful. Work it girl. What a blessing.
Congrats on your success. Keep up the good work
Some people have more elastic skin than others. It's sad that you were disappointed with such an amazing achievement. You preserved your future by losing the weight. You deserve to be happy with the skin removal surgery.

This made me cry. I hope you can mentally come down now and be your fully self.
I think you done a damn good job to loose that much weight by yourself and what a blessing that the doctors helped you. Keep it up. Good Bless
She rocks and deserves all good things.
The results are INCREDIBLE
Melanie-
Congratulations!
You are truly beautiful inside and out.
I can't imagine the pain you went through not only losing the weight but having the skin removed.
God has given you a gift.
Now thank God for His gift by giving back in some way.
🙏
She didn't think she had an eating problem🤨 She did what most couldn't with weight loss. I hope she can find the good mate she wants.
You’d be surprised. A lot of people who get this big have some kind of trauma, so they think nothing of the mental part and only focus on the one thing that comforts them
@@jaxscales6158yeah i havent really heard of someone whos weight had gotten that extreme without some loss/trauma attached to it. I mean tbf almost everyone has hard times but for some ppl its harder to control.
Melanie is such a beautiful woman. She's a winner just for loosing all that weight! I love the look of confidence in her eyes❤
Well done. For exercise, try line dancing, skating zumba, there are a lot of ways to firm up and exercise, the thing is to stay consistent. Great job, proud of you!
She should be proud...I'm proud of her. She did the work!!
Wow that is so.much skin! I am.glad her 1st surgery was a success😮
Congratulations, it's wonderful that there's surgery that can rid you of your excess skin. You look great
The difference for a person is night and day! Just the circulation and increased comfort would be so freeing
May God bless you Melanie with happiness and continued good health
She’s beautiful and that’s such an amazing story ❤️
Congratulations Melanie. You have always been a beautiful woman. Glad you finally feel it inside and out.
