Zug becomes the reliable block blitzer until you can get a double on an ogre for block. Close to full roster so all u are saving cash for is the apo and extra ogres who eventually replace zug Or Punter 4 ogres 10 gnoblars 1 rr 775 And induce Zug for a TV of 995 Or Punter 4 ogres 10 gnoblars 0 rr Griff 985

Ogres are my favourite fantasy army, just never played with them in blood bowl due to always owning them in the BB2 and wanting a bit of a chance online. TableTop tho I'm not that bothered, im still hoping my group gets into the game and ill get me some ogres to run for fun if they did. Think id always want the 6 big guys myself early tho and hope my rolls wouldn't be too calamitous. Looking forward to your thoughts on Dark Elves next tho, runner or not?
Thanks Ben, I've always wanted to play this team (as apparently my Gobblins can no longer be considered a joke team) So I've taken the plunge. I expect I'll be playing the 4-4
After trying out in BB2 4 ogres 4 rerolls, seeing 6-0 start in the same league and starting with 5-2 a couple seasons after - I liked 5-2 the best. Because 4 ogres felt like it lacked power. In BB2, there was not enough gold for apothecary and 11 players at the 5-2 start. So I ditched a couple snots for 40k in the bank and bought medic after the first match. Of course, it depends on league rules - if you can recreate the team fast or not, should you get the apothecary sooner or later. But I'm glad I can start with apothecary under the new costs. Then there's the question of whether to start with Punter or not - I'd rather not. He'll be the backline guy on my team and only needs 1-2 skills, no more. So he can join later. So yeah, 5 ogres 2 rr, 7 gnoblars, apothecary will be my start.
Hmmm What about Punter, 2 ogres, 3rr, 12 snotlings and Morg ‘n’ Thorg every game? Should have enough left in the bank to get riotous rookies most games, too
Dont think Swarming in Ogre team, it's not on the Goblars, maybe on the induced 100k Goblars? Anyway Griff starplayer access is amazing and worth cutting ogres.
