For theater solutions short throw projectors also get in the way of having a center speaker. Short throw projectors are also meant for spaces with less space, in Linus' case he had the space so didn't need a short throw projector

its not a tv, its a movie projector meant to be used ocassionally. if you use it like a tv the lifespan of the LED inside will fail in less than a year!!

It is animated. As soon as the projector starts there comes black parts of the image that shouldn't be there because there was no screen.
