50/50 because as much as he seems to be hinting at it and praises lonzo, what if he shows signs of deterioration and the Lakers choose to stick with Ingram or LeBron goes to LA and Ingram makes the jump to star and LeBron falls to star but not LeBron

I'm glad he got his client outta New Orleans because the great people of New Orleans always deserved better than what Davis gave. Out with the old in with the new. Zion Williamson is the new, a thumper and a Skywalker, explosive once in every 20 year talent. He's a humble mature young man with abilities on a basketball court that we've seldom seen coming out of college. He'll do well with the Pelicans and the fan base will welcome him with open arms. The citizens of New Orleans and the entire state of Louisiana are filled with some of the greatest people you'll ever know. It's a beautiful place. Its my home and I'm proud of it!!!
When Zion is drafted by the New Orleans Pelican this Thursday, it will be the start of a whole new chapter in Louisiana Sports. Great things are on the horizon.
The future bright and its now!

"scold" That was painfully awkward to watch. It''s right up there with Phil's Posee comment to be honest. Or at least it stems from the same stupidity.

After graduating high school, Paul was buying throwback jerseys from Atlanta and selling them out of his trunk in Cleveland. In 2002 he met LeBron James, who was impressed by Paul's authentic Warren Moon throwback jersey, at the Akron-Canton Airport; both on their way to Atlanta, Paul to restock and LeBron to the Final Four. The two exchanged contact information, and soon Paul hooked James up with a Magic Johnson Lakers jersey and a Joe Namath Rams uniform
I don't understand what is racist about the term "posse". Having zero formal education, zero professional experience, selling t-shirts and jerseys out of the trunk of your car, THEN becoming a multi-million dollar "agent" makes you more of a friend, then a business colleague. Rich Paul is laughing all the way to bank, but he is part of Lebron's posse, NOT a real broker.
Also, can we please stop with the phase, "he speaks so well". How do you expect him to sound? That is more racist, then saying the word posse.

    • @MichaelLee-pl4sh

check collector the fact that you looked up his wiki info then discredit the man shows what you think about him . Then you ask how is it racist let’s me know you are not concerned about how it’s racist you want to identify him as a man who doesn’t have any intelligent s or knowledge of what he’s doing. If you are really curious of why it’s racist then google “ why is the term posse racist?” Then come back and write Phil Jackson was wrong. Because a posse is not what you call a man and his business partners who are also his friends. Does bill gates run Microsoft with his posse? What about the dude who run Facebook who doesn’t have any formal training in I.T.? You wouldn’t called them a posse

    • @habiba7351

The problem with the word "posse" was the implication behind it. Phil Jackson's remarks didn't end there. He referred to them as guys who were hanging around LeBron to get him everything he wanted, girls, all kinds of stuff... He had seen that with other players, reportedly, and he assumed that was the case with them because that's what he wanted to believe about them and about LeBron. The truth is that when he had the opportunity, LeBron created opportunities for his brothers without giving them handouts. They all had dreams and skills and they got the opportunity to get training, go to school, make connections, etc. and ultimately prove themselves and make a name for themselves, each one of them in his own lane. Calling them a "posse" cheapens and disrespects what they have accomplished as a group and as individuals. They played ball with him or against him as a youth but didn't make it as pros but they all ended up making it, big time, and together they have created a blueprint that a lot of other athletes have started emulating since.
