I love shami kebab so much. I'm 11 years old and I can cook. Today I tried to make shami kebabs from myself they where so good. And also I was fasting.
I tried making Shami Kababs for the first time today and chose this recipe. I'm very happy I made this decision as it was superb! The pressure cooker didn't dry up the water in 10 mins so i put the flame high and open cooked it. Overall it was quiet tasty. Thank You !
I made this yesterday, it was so delicious. However, when I first put int he pan, the kebab started to desinagrate, would not hold its shape but the trick is, we made the kebabs and put it in a tray. Then we put it in the freezer to firm up. Before you fry, take it out of the deep, few hours before and the kebab came out perfect. Thank you.
@@nkhan9911 yes, the mixture was all mixed. We then made the Kebabs spice, put them on a tray and then froze it. We would take it out of the fridge before we cooked it so it would sit on the side for an hour before we fried.

have been trying to make delicious kabab for so long and finally i tried this amazing food fusion recepie and voilaaa!!!! kabab were delicious...my family loved them..i only added a handful of washed rice when the mixture is almost ready...the rice helps the kabab to become very crisp and delicious. thank you so much for these yummy recepies...i have tried many of your others aswell and everytime they turn out delicious!
@@hashirali5374 Don't do that. That will make kababs extremely dry, you don't want your kababs to be that crispy. If you want to do it anyway, soak a handful of rice in warm water for 10 min, then add to the mixture while putting it in chopper. Rice sucks the amount of moisture. I had to add 3 eggs to my batter to make them normal.

I tried this recipe. I think I didn’t dry the water enough. Taste is absolutely amazing but they are falling apart when I fry them. Freezing them helped a little.

An other superb receipe. Today tried it. Awesome. Jab mayray husband taref kartay hain tu basically it's all yours guys. Only one suggestion, don't use mince. Pls try medium size beef pieces. Rest copied from you.. 😋🤗🤭
4 cups water was too much for pressure cooking 10 mins My kebab mixture became too sticky and liquidy while drying up all the extra water. I think 1.5 cups water would have been enough for this quantity. I did put a lot of bread crumbs to bring it to normal consistency. It tastes good though..thanks for the recipe
