Citroen is actually making Indians realize that other car makers are selling too many features that most of the people hardly use and they charge us a bomb for those gimmicks. It is time for us to realize that when we buy a car, we should focus on how it drives not what features it offers. Save money, wherever you can!
One huge advantage that Citroen owners will have is their cars are minimally dependent on sensors which is going to keep the maintenance cost and repair cost very low as compared to Hyundai or Tata cars. With semiconductor shortage, Citroen has done a smart move in providing a vehicle at cost effective price in a tough market.
Best thing i liked about this car is single variant. No confusions and no differentiation in variants like maruti/hyundai/tata. If pricing is done right it will be a hit provided they improve the network in India.
This cars has got basic engineering right. It just needs 6 airbags, ACC and cruise control that would be enough. Many people prefer a big, spacious and sorted car than a gimmicky one.

If that’s your only concern, that’s pretty good for Citroen, since one can easily get led headlamps as an accessory without nulling the warranty, and taillight led doesn’t even matter anyway (no visibility issue) 😜
Its good as a base variant but NOT as the ONLY variant. Citreon needs to introduce higher variants with all the bells and whistles (creature comforts) one has come to expect from such an SUV in 2023
Yes, they should give up on the premium suspension, class-leading handling and engine, as nobody cares about that anyway! Instead they should give us the real bells and whistles like premium door handles, rexine seats, LEDs, premium key, etc. as these are the things that truly matter in this price-point ❤

At this price point honestly none of the features feel like a huge miss.What Citroen should perhaps do is launch a new top variant or an optional pack for its cars and allow users to add features like climate control, 6 airbags, rear ac vents. I like the car overall including the looks. Also, its utility as a 5+1 is pretty good too. 1 rear seat for sitting perhaps your pet and 1 seat space to store 2 suitcases It genuinely feels very versatile for Indian market.

The automatic version of c3 Aircross has to be launched fast, with cruise control, and undercut Brezza VXi AT by a good 1 Lac given the lack of features. The 7 seater is in name only, even kids will complain. It's a 5 seater with a big boot. But even basic feel good features are missing. Indian buyers expect a better car with quality and loaded features for their money.
Citroen has launched a good car but they have confused India with Europe. This car would do good in Europe but not in aspirational markets like India where people hardly care about driving and comfort and suspension, and care more about what gimmicks a car can show. I bought C3 air Cross recently, outer look amazing, drive feel is soo amazing and superb suspension, great Economy if you drive under 100. 15 to 17 you can get for sure for new cars and later after service it will be increased. con are low quality Interior. no push start and key looks very odd. but in budget and you will love drive if you know about cars and engines
When slight adjustments while driving are needed electric seats help...thats the benefit...dont tell me you have never adjusted seat recline or reach a little bit while driving ;)

The stupid Indian mindset needs to change about vehicles. Instead of complaining about the gimmicky "missing features", we should applaud and appreciate the practicality, power, comfort and driveability (miles ahead of its rivals) of the vehicle...most of the trivial missing features can be added on by going to an aftermarket dealer. It's sad that so many watered-down or Sissy lazy drivers here are looking for "pampered creature comforts" or the "look at me isn't this cool" features like sunroof (which is totally useless and unnecessary in a country like India). Those princes and princesses who want to sit in the back seat and be chauffeured around, may look elsewhere. People like them are the curse of this industry. What I would say the features really the C3 Aircross needed to have, though, were the 360-degree cam, the cruise control, and hill assist. These are far more useful features rather than a SUNROOF, or WIRELESS CHARGING. If this mindset changes, perhaps our fickle minded and weakness won't be exploited by the Chinese, Japs and the Korean automakers. I sincerely wish the automobile reviewers and analysts stopped pandering to these nonsense useless gimmicks offered by the "oriental" ostentatious car makers and instead focus on highlighting the utilities and practical side of vehicles.
Now a days people here are not looking at price if the car in this segment but they want feature rich, good quality , high safety rating and value buy. Better to offer best global product with competitive price this will popularise the car with improved visibility of brand , its like spending on advertisement. In past many such experimentation of cheap car has failed but quality has helped. Citroen is not a cheap local brand.
Please try to include initial impressions of under body and under hood build and materials used etc. That'd give a better overall impression of what the car is.

Electric seat adjustment comes really handy and is safe for adjusting seat while driving...so its not a gimmicky feature 😊
