Little something I just noticed. In 3:18, the car the player tries to steal is a K-9 car, and at the end when he gets T-boned you can hear barking. It's very likely the player got trapped in that car with a K-9 unit dog and that CANNOT end well for the poor bastard
Fun fact:I used the starter car and Toyota Supra when I was chased by police so I don't lose my expensive cars Also I was leaving too for that (also let's give this man respect for sacrificing his cars for a video if that's him getting arrested)

These ones, one the other hand, really feel like they are they end of a dangerous high-speed pursuit: Everyone's adrenaline is high and the player avatar is still trying to escape.

The dog wouldn't attack the player, because there is a cage 90% of the time between the seats. The dog is just agitated from being banged around I'd assume.
