Whatta visionary.. His knowledge on the numbers is impeccable... The way he addresses each and every question is so very convincing!! Unbelievable.. His humor into the questions adds so much to the whole show...
However, ground reality is far from the vision he has painted.. We wish it becomes a reality sooner.. The road widening towards Dehradun and the chaos it created is and should be an eye opener..
    We are over-populated..beyond any control...
We greatly lack etiquette.. We will still roll down our windows and throw garbage on the Highways...
Maybe encourage road users to collect garbage and exchange them at fuel stations for fuel...
Maybe have more strict control on road building contractors.. The surface and bridge joints that's so uneven.... In the race of getting infrastructure in place, maybe we are missing the bigger picture of longevity of the roads...
All said... This man is a classic example of how to dream and execute how our country should be 🤘🙌👏👏

The real problems 70% of electricity production using by coal and diesel that makes more polution in that area. The transmission lose of ele. Is very high. CNG cars and CNG fuel stations are increasing really fast 🚴三. I saw them everywhere in Uttar Pradesh (near varanasi lucknow connecting national highway yesterday). Our car was CNG and we filled gas ⛽ in a GAIL gas pump and while returning, we filled in a IOCG gas pump. The car ran at 100 kmph for 250-300 km yesterday. Great NH road and great CNG infrastructure with automatic scanner toll taxes. If biofuels does well, we might even not need EVs - we can then use those batteries for other purposes.

    फिर गाड़ी को सड़क पर चलने के लिए टोल क्यों लिया जाता है?
    या टोल मुक्त भारत होना चाहिए
    या

Sounds like China was bragging about catching up to Tesla today when it was still in 1990s state. India's capability of grand speeches are absolutely unprecedented and no. 1 in the world. Other supporting infrastructures should be left out and unaccounted for as much as possible. Those're another grand stories to be told at another times. 😂

I like him, love him for his contribution in our infrastructure but his view of Green India is misplaced with hydrogen strategy. He need to rethink the hydrogen strategy. Hydrogen to energy conversion rate is very low. It need more energy to split Hydrogen and then such hydrogen to electricity the conversation rate is very low around 30 to 40% efficient but for battery its around 80%. Hydrogen is very reactive, its a very smaller molecule hence the packing and insulation require more care and investment, its heavy so on and so forth.
Rather than Hydrogen someone please convince him to heavy investments in rare earth, battery technology and Nuclear energy. Thorium Nuclear energy with Batteries are the future of sustainable and clean energy not hydrogen.

Nitin Gadkari sure has a talent for turning thin air into a full-blown epic. In Parliament, he openly admitted that highway accidents have skyrocketed-and guess what? He can't do much about it. Bravo. His grand solutions? Slap a couple of airbags into cars, show off some crash tests, and force bikers into helmets, as if that's going to magically solve everything. Oh, the brilliance. Real fixes like better road design, stricter licensing, and actually making people follow traffic rules? Nah, that's too much work.
Now he's out here saying people will start fighting over trash. So, by his logic, maybe India just needs more trash? Good news, Minister, we're already drowning in it-kind of like your ideas.

Why GIga watts solar parks and investment in grids , transmission losses and distribution? When EV charging is managed by consumers not given the right to plan their Electric consumption.

Why is there no culture of segregation of waste as recycling is the only way to move forward. The infrastructure for recycling should start from homes by creating infrastructure for collection of waste. Why having more taxes and saying the vehicles are premium and the amount collected is a percentage only. Why have cess again on purchase. Why GST is levied on EV vehicles in addition to road life tax. Why cannot it be 3 or 5 years or 7 years and 10 years. What is the cost of capital as interest paid and collected not being less than 8%. The EV green funds are less than 1%. Why produce ekectricity from waste when so much demand is for compost and generation of REgas of carbon neutral philosohy. Well said sir and clear thoughts and idea ? Hats off to you? Why energy consumption and why is consumotion not seen by citizens consuming more than 500 units per month. Why kvah and different metering when world over it is measured in kwh for domestic users in this world of new technologies for aircinditioning and lighting.

5 years se same dialogues. Domestic players lobby hard to delay EV adoption to protect their profits. Why do we need 10 technologies. EV is proven worldwide, why not focus on one energy vehicles

He always talks very big, and throws unrealistic figures. BYD (China) is selling 40 lakh electric cars today, whereas India is at 1 lakh electric cars today. So we will NOT be anywhere close to number 1 by 2030.
Secondly, we went on the newly made Vadodara-Bharuch section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, and it was horrible. The entire ride was bumpy, with tar patches to cover defective portions and still the level was uneven throughout. They don't even have a tender clause to check road level with instruments as part of inspection. And then Gadkari will do the "tea test" on Expressway 😂
