That's impressive! I didn't understand the transfer issues at all though. Is this unbuffered? I guess because the FPGA boards don't have enough RAM to buffer a whole frame. I'm sure a low-pass RC filter would dramatically improve the audio quality. Your student's really sound like they get a lot out of your labs.
