@@thatvacuumgeek Yes, to combat your blatent misinformation. You've convinced people something that isn't so, these aren't Olympic's whistles, so much so they'd die on that hill. I can't believe there is so many fake whistle, from Oceanic 2, Teutonic whistle, Britannic whistle, and more, the whistle that is real is Olympic, Titanic, Lusitania, Mauretania, and Aquitania.
Completely agree, there's a lot of misinformation out there on ship whistles and I've been trying to combat that. Bad examples I've seen is kids create fictional whistles or take train whistles and slap an image of a ship over it and call it a day. I personally dislike that as that is not genuine to the ship and most videos have no source in the description which is also a big red flag.
Great video debunking the Rms Olympic Whistle 2010 video. Most of the time the people that upload these kinds of videos have not done their research or have been mislead by some way.
@@LexLucario7922 well i mean i just double check of both Whistle and what you said is right, and i check the other close whistle model which SS John Brown whistle, SS John Brown whistle has same model to Normandie. And last when i compare the pitch, tone, and model of that whistle on Pratt Whistle to Olympic and Titanic, they aren't match, same with model to Aquitania, it doesn't match either, the whistle are match with SS John Brown whistle or SS Normandie whistle, but more likely to Normandie because Normandie whistle are yellow, but the SS John Brown whistle lost all paint which only expose bronze.

After i compare the whistle in Pratt Whistle video and the British ships whistle it doesn't match at all, but if i compare the French ships whistle it does match.
Thanks for info, im on start i don't believe it, but after i compare the British ships whistle and Pratt Whistle the whistle in video it doesn't match at all with British ships.
Titanic and Olympic whistle is similar design, but in video its could be French ship, but i think its not Normandie, because the Normandie whistle was made far before the Pratt Whistle video, the Normandie whistle was made in 2010, while the Pratt Whistle is in 2014, so is that could be S'Atlantique or is 1912 France or Ile De France.
Even if you compare Aquitania, it wont be similar either, if you compare this whistle to Normandie or the Ile De France or the 1912 France or the S'Atlantique was matched in video
did you really make a whole ass video of this?😂
