No pdf on this one, just enjoy the blues piano on this great tune done by Marvin Gaye and then by James Taylor. THANKS !! for supporting this channel thru Patreon / tonywinston
Unbelievably timely, Tony .... our band just decided to shift from the J.T. version in G to the Marvin Gaye version in C. And I was just discovering it is not a note-for-note chord-for-chord conversion. As I am the keyboardist in the band I cannot believe my good fortune in stumbling upon this video, because I was not searching for it. Thank you Tony. Thank you TH-cam.
Thanks hugely Tony, I’d never noticed that 2/4 trill in the blues riff before, and it’s amazing how seemingly small nuances like that seem to make so much difference for anyone listening. I know I’ll play this way better from now on.
Thankyou for this helpful tip, but Please put this on bitchute too. Huge audience over there as well which had transitioned over there from you___tube because of how more controlling goo gle has become.
You should check out Jerry Garcia's version of this song. He played it prolifically with the Jerry Garcia Band: th-cam.com/video/1_NOFuEb-yo/w-d-xo.html
Who edited this mess? 😅😄

Thanks Suzy!
Happy New Year Tony.
Thanx, Maestro.
Your videos are always great but the thing that stands out most in my mind is the sax solo in the Jr Walker version.
Good stuff
