Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for how to improve the eyesight try Elumpa Simple Vision Alchemist (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.
ThatRedcoat well i mean what my eye doctor said is you can always patch the stronger eye with an eye patch for an hour or so a day and just play games or do certain programs designed for improving vision in the weak eye and work your way to 20/20 with glasses. As you age it will take more time to do it but no matter the age it will work. So what might work is if you do the programs enough to get your weak eye to 20/20 with glasses then you can do the lasik. Don't take my word for it tho cuz im only 16 but thats my thought on what you could do. I have the same problem as of having amblyopia buty dream job isn't being a pilot. You should ask your eye doctor if that would work. I just felt sad for you when i saw that. Im not too worried about my self seeing that my dream job doesn't require 20/20 vision.

No. The images you see might get a little sharper but it's not the eye that needs fixing per se, it's how your brain uses the information from your eye.
He said underdeveloped which still gives me hope.Eye patching, gaining mindfulness and awareness of that side of my face,a little lion's mane and psilocybin and of course hard work I think I'll make it ok.just because some doctor is college educated doesn't mean they know everything about YOUR body.
Does this apply for everyone? I would be absolutely over the moon to correct my vision to the point of my glasses! I thought this was completely untreatable.
I am almost 82 years old. I have had lazy eye surgery in my early teens, in my 20's and in my 30's. Over time, my eye would move in one direction or another. I never had better than 20/200 vision in the eye along with double vision. I now have a corrective lens that almost eliminates the double vision.
Hey I got kicked in the in kickboxing and have a very very slight crooked eye niwm this was a few months ago. I have to wait another week to the eye doctor. My vision isn't as good, little blurry, not quite double but it's hard to tell. Ya know? But they have lens for better eyes atleast?

It was going great for me until the computer i was using broke.

Lasik manifested my amblyopia, way worse ...dr.lied and said it wouldn't harm my muscle surgery I had as a child..REVERSED IT AND NOW DOUBLE VISION...AHHHHHH DR.LIED FOR 3,OOO
i have a bad lazy eye that developed after age 7 not before. i see one eye at a time but one is dominate. but i see 20/20 with corrective lenses out of either. everything in life is a 2d picture. but u learn to compensate. is there anyway to fix it. I am like 40yrs old now
anthony ernst wait you see everything as 2d? Or just 3d movies dont pop out. Because my case is just that 3d movies dont pop out. Its just like watching a regular movie
